MacKenzie RV Campground

Great wifi!

This is a great little spot about 10 minutes from the border. It has gravel and grass sites with 30amp hook ups and water. There are 8 spots, some more level than others. Duane has been awesome, very helpful and friendly. Has a meat place down the road we hope to see today. We had pushed hard to get here and wanted a place to just stop and pray when our plans changed- it has been great for that! The cell data is decent for regular use 3G/LTE at about 3 bars and the campsite wifi is the best I’ve ever seen. ( we don’t have a booster or anything) Phone service is good, my phone stayed on Sasktel but my husband’s phone tried to go to AT&T- we adjusted his settings to prevent additional fees. There is a bit of road noise but not bad at all for so close to the highway! A great place for a single night, a weekend or longer, just pull in and call Duane like the sign says. Do note- this is a definitely an rv park not a camp ground; no fire rings, picnic tables or washrooms that I’ve seen. Didn’t make a difference for us, and our experience here has been awesome. It has been very quiet and peaceful for our stay, estevan is about 20 min away, with a cool local museum and groceries and other stuff. Very reasonable rates.

My friends and I camped here for the long weekend. The owners were very accommodating and friendly! The park is beautiful and is full service including wifi. There is a nice volleyball court and open parking spaces. Their meat shop is just down the road also! We walked there and we’re able to have fresh steaks for supper.I’d recommend this park to all campers!

This was the perfect place to stop after crossing the border late at night. I called ahead and meet the man who runs the campground the next day, he was very friendly and we had a great conversation about the drive. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet, small park conveniently located minutes from the Border. Kind owner, excellent wifi, full hook ups. Restful place to relax for a night and watch the beautiful Saskatchewan sunset!

Wonderful campground surrounded by trees and very peaceful. We stopped for one night after crossing into Canada. Would love to stay again!
