I put a deposit down and decided not to put them in daycare due to covid.They refused to give me back my deposit back, had to go through my credit card and finally got it back.Ps. Don't leave deposits here.

Their commitment to kids and overall care is great. My child looks forward to going to the day care. I feel he is safe and well taken care of during his stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new day care. The place is also well taken care of and clean.

My son has been with the Village for just over a year now and we have nothing but great things to say. My son is loved like their own and is always kept busy with fun and creative activities geared to his interests. Communication is quick and easy with the teachers or directors. All the teachers there are so lovely and you can tell they care a lot about the kids.

We love The Village Child Care. The owner, supervisor and the staff are wonderful. They are always willing to listen to any concerns and do their best to accommodate. Our daughter loves her teachers and going to school" to play with her friends. We also love getting pictures and emails through their himama app during the day. It helps us stay connected to our little one while they are there. Highly recommend this child care center for anyone looking for child care."

The owner is very unfriendly.The staff was incompetent.My child cost $ 350 a week and never received any services.Because the owner told us that we could not get your child to listen with our little complaint.Of course not a refund.So what do we do?

Trust me, just take your child somewhere else! You’ll thank me later.

The Villlage has provided an environment that is nurturing and the teachers truly care about the children are warm, friendly and dedicated. The extra time staff take to talk about the little details of my children's day- who they played with, new skills they've worked or simply little things like what they laughed at and enjoyed show me that not only are my children valued and enjoyed but the teachers are delivering a developmentally appropriate program.Not only has the care been exceptional but they have gone above and beyond to be a support for families as well. They have offered and provided support, extra care and kindness.

My son just started daycare here this week. We had been in communication with the centre since March. Jennifer the director has been on top of everything keeping me updated throughout the various stages of COVID and reopening.I get daily reports on what my son has eaten and done throughout the day. The staff is so friendly and excellent at communicating with me. I feel super lucky to have had such a positive experience. This is the kind of daycare you visit and fall in love with the people and quality of service.

An okay care centre, overall. However, my child had 6-7 teachers" over the period of 8 months; the turnover rate should tell you something is wrong. They also had trouble keeping a cook employed. The owner is an extremely unfriendly person who kept our initial deposit citing that it was always stated as being non-refundable. HOWEVER
