The usual Tim Horton's choices but highly convenient location. The restaurant was sparkling clean, and the staff was smiling and courteous, which was not always easy then. They were very knowledgeable about the allergy questions I had. My latte was delicious, hot, and served with a smile.

Today was a very disappointed today at this location in Merriit. We drove from Vancouver to kamloops and back to Merritt and we had not eaten yet. It was busy at the drive through in Merritt and the ppl at the window took orders from 2 different cars and missed us, so I drover up to the window to place a order and told them what they did and they refused to take my order. I left very disappointed and drover to the Burger King and bought some food there. They made our day by taking our order. I refuse to order anything from the tim hortons in Merritt and may not buy any thing from any tim hortons again.

One of the worst experiences at Tim's. Short staffs, waiting in front of cashier for over 10mins while one staff prioritize drive thru over dine in customers. Washroom looks like a war zone. Food flies everywhere.TDL Group Corp. Franchise needs attention to this location.

Bought a box of a dozen donuts. The assortment was not at all what I had asked for and was dry and stale. Pretty bad when McDonald's can put out a better donut than the donut shop". This was my third try since moving to Merritt

I get that they are short staffed, and even on a medium rush day they dint have half the items on the menu, when I finally found something that they had they rudely said I couldn't order the quality that I wanted( I wanted to order 2 sandwiches) because they have front orders, the ice coffee was warm with no ice and when I went back to let them know and ask for another one all they said was it was going to be the same as before.

Rude staff I have seen in a customer service role. The girls working there have a very rude way of talking. On July 8th 2024 @ 06:08 pm, We took 6 Cofees, were served not even warm. I requested her to warm it up on which she showed very rude expression of face and did it for me. She left the coffee cup lid in the back area, and when I asked for a lid, she literally threw it on the counter table for me to pick it up. I felt so insulted. Then another customer in the line with a different cashier complained about the coffee not being hot. The cashier loudly said it's always like this and can't do anything. She said if you need your refundtake it and Get Out of here" she called the customer to "Shut Up". I have never seen this kind of behavior at a Tim hortons and I couldn't believe it happening. The other insulted customer asked for the manager to talk

I am giving 1 star because there is no 0 star. We had very worst experience in this location. We didn't get our proper order what we had ordered and what we got was not exceptable food. When we asked about it, one of the employee said 'GET OUT' to us. Asking for food what we order is not given, is it an offense?

Arrived at 7:00 pm on the 18th of June. Had a sweet tooth and was looking for donuts. Of course Tim Hortons came to mind. Ordered donuts and was told there were absolutely no donuts (not even Tim bits, lol) “because they were too busy to cook it”. When I said “oh that’s interesting, because noones here” (practically empty lot and drive thru) and we were told “it would take an hour”. I responded with “that’s odd” in which she replied “whatever”. Ordered two coffees one with sweetener and didn’t get the sweetener. …maybe she was too busy.. honestly, her customer service skills were embarrassing and whoever runs that place needs to get their staff in check.Otherwise, if you want a poorly made coffee, no food with a side of a bad attitude, highly recommend this location.

I travel for work and every other week for the past year . This location is always is out of inventory from there menu or a restaurant equipment is broken not allowing the item to be made . As a last option I go here .

Recently ordered food at this Timmie's location. Watched the worker make food, cash the customer out in the drive through window and then return to the food station wearing the same gloves the whole time. When I asked her to change her gloves she rolled her eyes and changed the gloves. But then continued to use the same pieces that she was touching with the dirty gloves. I threw out the food after leaving the store completely grossed out. I understand that they were probably short staffed and tired but food safe isn’t something that should be taken this lightly. This is unacceptable and I won’t be eating at this location.
