Was referred by my daughter while visiting. Granddaughter accidentally dropped my Samsung tablet and damaged the screen. Comtechs was able to have it repaired in a couple days & service was great!

very analytical, fast and correct, easily works through complicated tasks, very calm, easy going and thoughtful, takes what ever time is needed to explain what and why things are happening and how to get back to a normal operating computer. I'm very confident in David's ability as a tech and will continue to do business in the future.

Went looking for a LAN cable for myself and nowhere around Fort Erie had anything more than 6 feet long. Fortunately David was there to quickly assist me and get a much longer cord for a great price! Would definitely recommend for other tech services as well.
