Came all the way from Edmonton with my friends and told them (bunch of non skaters) that this was the only place I absolutely had to go while I was here. Amazing vibes, they have exactly what you need to go shred.Immaculate brand selection, super knowledgeable staff, a+ shop tees. 10/10.BET!

I came here about two and a half months ago not knowing anything about skateboarding, just looking for something as transportation. The people working here were all really patient and informative to help me get the right board. Fast forward to now and I have been skating every day and have never had a problem with the board despite how much I've ridden it. My board is a huge part of my day-to-day now and none of that would be possible if not for the fine people at BTL.If you are in the market for a skateboard or any skateboard accessories, you'd be hard pressed to find a place better than the Lounge.

Sometimes the employee will seem to act like he hates his job, other times everybody in the store is very nice. Good boards and items at the store. Store is kind of small but has everything you need in a skateshop.

Very nice shop. I liked that they have a nice selection of custom skateboard parts and clothes. They didn’t have a lot of prebuilt boards when I bought a board there, but the prices for their boards were good. The 2 guys that were there when I popped in were very friendly and gave lots of advice for beginners.10/10 service, would buy again.

Great customer service. Friendly approachable staff with lots of great knowledge of skateboarding gear. I came in to try on some shoes in sandals and a kind worker provided the socks right off his feet to try on some shoes. The shoes skate great :)

Been ordering from BTL for the past 2 years and they've been nothing short of excellent. Great selection, Super cool in-house products, and stuff always arrives quick. A big benefit to the skate community.

Nice guy runs the counter. Very helpful when I got my first skateboard recently. I was nervous at first but he was friendly, understanding and offered a lot of knowledge. Seems like a genuine bloke. The place is super clean too.
