I dropped off a couple of pairs of dress pants to have cleaned and pressed, my husband left money in one of the pockets, we had no idea. When he picked them up, the staff had put the money aside and returned it to him. We have always had great service at the Fonthill location, Its nice to see friendly and honest staff.

I'm basing this on my first and only experience with them. Not a huge deal, but how do you mix up blue and black pants when you've cleaned them and are putting them back with the jackets? One is my son's and one is mine, and if we were in a hurry and just grabbed the hanger while still in the cellophane, we would have had a surprise when we went to change. A little disappointing for $31 per suit. No website, Facebook page or email address to send them a picture so here I am. Again, not a huge deal but come on...

I brought in a dirty, wrinkled suit for dry cleaning. They give 30% off on Tuesdays for suits, which was a nice surprise, and I got the suit back in 2 days. I'm not sure if it was due to the dry cleaning process, or whether they do it in store, but when I got the suit back it was also perfectly ironed and wrinkle free, which was a nice surprise!The staff was kind and the process was pretty hassle-free, and I also love the fact that they use green materials to do the dry cleaning, and seem to be very proud of it, advertising it everywhere.Will definitely be using them again.

Went to Yazz based purely on convenience to get a bridesmaids dress altered. The dress fit and zipped fine, but it's a thin material and was just a bit tighter in the back than I would have preferred, so I asked if the zipper could just be taken out a tiny bit. A simple no would have sufficed. instead, the seamstress made me very uncomfortable. She made comments pertaining to my weight, said that losing 2 pounds would make all the difference" when I told her the wedding was in a week and a half

Brought my $800 dollar canada goose coat for them to clean, they did clean it however the non removable fur was tampered with and was not left in its original condition. I don't know if they were under the impression that I wanted it cleaned but, overall satisfied with the price I paid for it to be dry cleaned.
