Stranded son was in Waterloo, called these guys, charged 350 to go 8kms. I called a couple days later for quote from same place, was told 180. Ripped off a teenager, made him pay cash, won’t respond to emails. Poor form.

The driver was very friendly and tried to help me avoid the tow. Their prices are very reasonable and they charged me a flat rate within KW, unlike some of their competitors in the region. Would definitely use them again.
