Hit or miss at this location. I hit the drive thru every day for lunch. My biggest issue is the staff that don’t understand english very well. Always a battle to get the right order. They seem to frequently be out popular items as well. But kudos to the noon hour drive thru window lady. Always positive and great to deal with!

Had a 12 grain bagel and French vanilla. Bagel tasted good. French vanilla was also good. Great ambience. Drive thru is crowded during mornings. But dining was peaceful. Parking was not an issue.

I travel alot for work, I've been to dozens of tims, to most of the kitchener/waterloo/cambridge and even Guelph tims. This Tim Hortons in particular is probably the worst for any drive-thru times and service. (I've also worked in fast food so ik). When you get to the order screen, no matter what time of day they will take forever to speak to you when only having one car ahead of you. They mumble or speak too soft so you can't even hear what they are saying. managment needs to step up and train their staff better on time managment and organization. Shifts would be smoother and times would increase.

Would be a higher rating if they could get orders correct. Quality seems to be there but it seems like every third visit something is wrong. Staff work hard, at least from what I can see at the drive thru, just wish orders were more accurate.

Between 2am and 4am the extremely rude lady that works nights Monday to Friday takes it upon her self to close the drive thru as she pleases. The doors are also locked which I understand NO REASON TO CLOSE THE DRIVE THRU. I will never go back to this tim hortons again even tho it's the most convenient. IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE TO DRIVE TO BISHOP OR FRANKLIN.

The customer service in dine-in is 3 star(no greeting, not even remotely polite regardless of how polite you are) drive thru experience was way better (would give 4 stars). Staff seemed to be annoyed and frustrated (maybe because they are short staffed).

When I arrived it was not busy, and there was plenty of space to sit. I didn't have to wait long for my coffee and timbits, which were both correct. The service was also super friendly! I do love that this location has the powdered timbits because those are the best ones!

Everytime I go through drive thru in the morning and get a large tea with ONE bag in, I ALWAYS get two bags and the tea becomes too strong. I don't think I have ever gotten a tea made with just one bag like I order. Those taking the order on drive thru also never sound very happy with being there.
