We arranged for their airport pick up and ground transfer from Toronto to Waterloo for my son.Drivers are very friendly and patient. During the airport pick up, they had to wait 3 hours for my son and no complaints from them.Jerry has been very helpful and gave me the assurance they will take care of my son and they did it.Thank you so much Jerry.Highly recommend.
