They seem very fair with their workforce . They often put on various in-house courses that allow , for those that so desire , the chance to advance within their chain of command . They run a tight ship . Very rare to hear of a screw-up with pay checks or flight scheduling .On remote sites , when one has to get out for family emergencies or anything else , they are quick to accommodate .

Walked up to a work crew, soiled clothes and dirty work practices. Looked like they were crawling in the sewers without protective equipment or barricades. Gross
