Not a good building to have a tech business. We had many water damage accident because of the poor quality of the pipe in the ceiling. Building staff doesn't respond effectively to resolved the issue so the ceiling keep leaking. Also they do everything to makes their tenant frustrated, e.g. dirty toilet, parking ticket in their big parking area, heavy construction at working time...

Great old building, designed to have small or large businesses. My mother worked there Northern Electric they made phones and equipment for Bell in the 60’s and 70’s before she was moved to St Laurent. I visited in 1964 and we went to see the computer on the second floor, the computer took the whole second floor. At the time there was a lot of industry, clean area but it was also known as a rough area. It has changed a lot, most of the industry in the area is now condo’s. The area has changed as well, they do not have 95% Irish. At night it is dark and very quiet. Also housing has changed a lot, people are buying old houses and flats and renovating, in 5 years it will change quite a bit, already has trendy bars and restaurants. Not far from canal so you can go sit and have lunch. Not far from Atwater market, Victoria bridge as well as the Bonaventure express way. Frequent busses and Subway nearby. Good place for small business.

Beautiful bright commercial lofts. Gym, co-working spaces on the ground floor make this building a good place to rent a space. However customer service could do a better job at returning calls/emails.

Nice enough building. Okay little museum but this is essentially just an old industrial building converted to offices.

Cute little museum detailing Montreal's part in the recording industry. The RCA studiis were legendary, and legends recorded there.

Here is where our Web page design supplier has his office, this design, Web design, video game Studio cluster building is the place to come, the old RCA manufacturing building brings a sense of nostalgia of a foregone era, quite becoming to modern technology trends.

Actually worth visiting for the Emile Berliner museum and also, display cases of antiques in various nooks and crannies in the building. There is also a cute café that also continues with the Berliner theme.
