Just Pointe Clair public works

Had a terrible terrible experience with them repairing donegani. They do not know how to direct traffic. Yelling and waving your hands in the air is not directions !!!!!!!!! Stop and go. SIMPLE. They need to be taught ACTUÀL traffic signals. This morning there was almost an accident as the guy in charge is just waving at cars and everyone is confused about whether to stop or go. Useless. Agai. Glad my thousands and thousands of dollars of taxes that I earn actually doing a job are out to good use. Hire someone competent people to direct traffic. It’s an actual disgrace.

I was recycling old pvc piping and an old metal gazebo. They were very organized and we were in and out quickly and efficiently.

I would like to commend one of your Public works employees, Elise Macdonald, for her amazing support when I fell off my bike on Wednesday while cycling on the bike trail along Donegani.I was in quite a mess with multiple abraisions, bruises, cuts and a broken thumb when Elise and her co-worker stopped to see if they could help. They called an ambulance and stayed with me until it arrived.As well Elise took charge of my bike and delivered it to me, on her own time, the following day. I was so impressed - what a lovely gesture and what a proud moment for the City of Pointe Claire. Thank you Elise!!

Been living in pointe Claire for over 20 years and everytime I call public works for something they always come thru. They are super polite, bilingual and professional. Keep up the great service.
