We have a faucet which we bought several years ago at Splashes.Some months ago the spray head started acting up".I went to Splashed on Broadway. Alexandra was the lady we spoke to. What a service! She ordered the part for me. When it arrived she called. I picked it up. No charge.The same faucet started leaking from the pull our spray head. Walked into the store today (rather then going on the web

Stopped by to browse fixtures and Ardele was amazing! She was knowledgeable about every product and took her time to explain the pros and cons of each choice. She was patient with my never-ending questions and stayed committed to helping me for the close to an hour (gasp) I was there, even though she knew I wouldn't be purchasing today. Can't recommend the customer service enough!

When we renovated our home, we purchased all of our bath and kitchen accessories from Splashes. When we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Our consultant Ardele was very knowledgeable and patient with us. She helped us choose everything we needed for our home and made it very easy. We would recommend Splashes to all our family and friends.

Erlene was very knowledgeable and patient when helping us plan and pick out items for our garden suite renovation several years ago. She was our go to person when we needed a toilet for our upper suite recently. Unfortunately there was a problem with the tank part of the toilet. She made the return and replacement a breeze.
