Do Not Recommend!!. Sent a mealy bug infested plant to my home which was obviously infested. I should have checked them before even excepting them into my home. Thank god I placed them in my bathroom overnight so when I realized it, it wasn't to late before losing my entire collection of over 200+rare houseplants. This one plant was Like so infested they were everywhere and very visible falling off so there is no way this was not seen at packaging and they still sent it without a care To sell a plant like that and not notice your produce is crawling literally is one thing but the lack of caring they did so is another thing. I will never purchase here again, I understand these things happen why we quarantine first but it was the response from them that set me off.They denied it and didn't even offerA sorry. Just denial. I waited a month and heard nothing so I'm posting my horrible experience hoping to save others from it.Very unprofessional and absolutely heartbreaking.If you have a collection you care about I would not even step foot into this shop.

I highly recommend Pam's Flower Garden for wedding flowers! Penny designed beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages that fit my colour and style descriptions perfectly. She was even willing to incorporate some lace ribbon into my Mom's wrist corsage from her own wedding bouquet 30 years ago. Pam's arranged to have our flowers delivered to the Whitney Manor before our arrival the evening before the wedding, and ensured they would keep overnight until the next morning. Our flowers lasted all day and my bridesmaids said they kept for nearly 2 weeks afterwards. I'm having my bouquet preserved and am so thankful that I'll have this special keepsake forever! Thank you so much to Penny and everyone else at Pam's for helping to make our day a special one.

I had the absolute best experience working with Pam’s on my wedding bouquet. From the outset they were responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable (thankfully, because I didn’t know much about flowers). Kate took time to really listen to what I wanted, trade inspiration photos and make recommendations. They provided a reasonable quote and were supportive throughout the whole process of deciding on, ordering and picking up the flowers. My Godmother received her bouquet of the most exotic tulips and treats the same day that I ordered them. I live in Toronto and my Godmother is in a retirement home and I needed assistance with finding the perfect gift. Everything was exceptional. Apparently, they have never seen such beautiful Tulips, picked straight from the Pam’s garden. Thank-you

I have been buying my plants from Pam's for years now, and I have never been disappointed with my purchase or the service received. I just bought three gorgeous hanging plants for my husband for Father's Day, and he and I both could not be happier with how these beauties brighten up our house. The plants are so gorgeous and healthy, and I know that they will thrive in our home because they have been well taken care of and nurtured. The folks at Pam's were super generous and friendly in helping me select our plants. Curbside pick-up was quick and easy, and as always, I was met with a smile at the door. I am already looking forward to buying more beautiful plants -- not for any special occassion; just because they are so lovely and because I truly enjoy shopping at Pam's.
