We just received and installed our first blinds from Select Blind Canada. The web site was so easy to follow and made the ordering process extremely seamless and enjoyable. The order came in such a reasonable time frame, actually earlier than originally predicted, with email updates all along the process.We selected the Super Value Cordless Blackout Honeycomb Shades, with no tool installation which has made the process EXTREMELY easy and quick. The look and easy installation method have moved us to make a second order for other windows. I highly recommend Select Blinds Canada for your blinds orders. You will not be disappointed, we were not for sure.

I don’t think I ever left a review beforeFor any company / restaurant or anything but I can’t help myself for this company. We ordered one single motorized honey comb blackout shade. Every single photo showed that the front and back of the shade showing towards the street were both the same colour. So we ordered it and paid about 600. I built my dream home that’s a very dark colour and having my blinds be a dark colour inside and out was very important. Somewhere in the fine print and not noticed was a line saying that the exterior facing out was white . We combed over the entire description and did not notice this fine print. When they arrived we were obviously very disappointed that a total black out shade was white On the outside. We called customer service since we saw that it’s 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed to see if we could return it for something with the same colour inside and out or return it for a refund. Firstly they said absolutely no because there wasn’t an issue with the product. Then she said she would get someone to call us that day, but they called the next day. The Director of customer service said they would not issue a refund, but said we could exchange for basically the same product with the white backing .. when we told her that we were not satisfied with getting the same product .She said she would call us back and we have not yet heard from her … the website is not the greatest and was not clear whatsoever , and I get it’s my oversight but the client service and resolution was god awful.

Just placed my third order. The samples are great and really helpful. And the products have been great for the price.

This is our second time ordering from select blinds. We had a measurement error with our first order. ( Our fault). Select blinds quickly sent us the replacement at no cost, and we donated the incorrect blind to a worthy charity.The blinds come quickly, are of excellent quality, easy to install and best dollar value that we found as new home owners.

This is our second order. The first order had a hitch due to my error in address. The team was very helpful in correcting this. The blinds arrived and were easy to install and better quality than way expected. We are very happy with the service and product.

I just placed my second order as I loved my blinds so much I got some for the rest of my bedrooms. The Premium Blackout Roller Shades are very good quality. I got them in Fallow and in Platinum and love the textured finish. I also purchased Single Cell Day Night Honeycomb Shades in Dove Grey and love them in my master bedroom! I wanted privacy but filtered light during the day and blackout for sleeping which is exactly this blind! Then for my kitchen I needed light filtering that I could see through so I got 5% Sheer Weave Premium Solar Roller Shades in Grey/Sandstone. The color selection is great and the free samples makes it easy to get the perfect fit!

Just got my blinds delivered for my two front windows (wanted to see the two main windows first before I bought blinds for the other)... the install was painless, everything fit exactly how I measured and the blinds look amazing! I was comparing locally to see what the bigger box stores like home depot or lowes had and with the sales (about 65%) I think this worked out to be a bit cheaper for real wood blinds compared to the faux wood from elsewhere.

Replaced blinds in the entire the house. Ordering samples helped us choose correctly the colors - while the guidance around measuring inner mounts, widths and lengths was perfect!. we were able to do an easy installation. Only issue was that one of the French doors had a wide mount hold (112 inches) Given the packing , it was tricky getting it into a condo. Wish there were better packaging solutions

I ordered the Faux Wood blinds for my basement and found the website easy to navigate. Ordering the blinds I wanted was also a simple and quick process. When I received them, I was happy with the product and found them to be much less expensive than a brick & mortar" blinds store. They were very easy to install and they functioned as expected. Definitely recommend this company."

Update very disappointing,After a week waiting, no solution, and they are saying that they were fighting with factory. The shades I bought from select blinds so they do not have a word to say about their products and no control of their own order? And cannot place a new replacement order right away or whatsoever so my daughter and the whole family have to stuffer from this and restless week. Days after days waiting after receiving those broken not fonctionnel not blackout !Old post I received a very good service from Dié. I really have to mention. She is a nice lady and she was there for me. I love to talk with her. And I do not hésité to recommande her to anyone.However the products we received. The delay is long and the we received one broken item, another one is not working- their inside window option- the two sides are longer than we ordered we cannot install, and left space is uneven from right space, so we cannot even install the side bar even they replace for the right size and even they fix all size and space, light reflect and goes through from every side, please see photos. It’s really a bad produit. The smaller window we ordered please see photo we ordered 6inches buffer which is a lot, this one came broken we glued them together to see how it goes as photos again the light came in from every side. Now we have to pay for a new window because of the inside window frame we made hole and we cannot go with this option. I will update when I receive their solution
