After some complications, I got an initial appointment with Dr. Barber. It was a good visit and I will be seeing him again. Prior complications were resolved with a credit, so I was quite satisfied with the speed and way things were resolved.

Jamie and the Synergy Team are my one-stop to keeping my body at its best health. Even if I don't really know what is hurting my body, the varied and skilled professionals at Synergy always do. There's an expert, or combination of, to treat me. Being able to recover quicker helps me be confident and strong in my training and competitions in triathlon. It also helps that the Synergy Centre is incredibly clean, well-organized, has the latest (and, sometimes the only, top-of-the-line equipment on Vancouver Island), and the staff feel like a family. Highly recommend!

I had a bad experience with their front counter staff the second time I was there in February of 2022. It kept me from booking follow up sessions. Each time I went there, I was billed the full amount and had to give them my benefits card. Seems odd that they couldn't keep it on file.My recent experience with Adrien for physio was that he was competent and skilled, but the 20 minute sessions were rushed and were low value for me.I really wanted Synergy to work out for me. Generally, I get the sense that Synergy is prioritizing volume over customer service. My experience has not been a positive one and I will be looking elsewhere for my physical rehabilitation needs.**edit** the owner did not reach out to me as stated in his response.

Very happy with this health care centre. When I injured my back (50 yr old tile setter) I was looking for an easy solution. My barber recommended Synergy. I was lucky to get Dr. Sommerfeldt to help me. He assured me it was nothing serious, reduced the pain in a couple of visits and educated me on how to prevent injury in my occupation. He recommended a kinesiologist at Synergy who also offered invaluable advice about stretches and how to move at work, which I followed for over a year now with great success. Also… very reasonable pricing, no sales tactics and super-friendly front desk.

I’ve found this place online and decided to give it a chance in an attempt to treat my TMJ. I tried Botox 200ml and it did not improve my symptoms much. The receptionist at Synergy booked me with Dr. Gillis and I am so grateful she did so.Dr Gillis is highly professional and attentive. He helped me so much!! My jaw is way less painful and when it does I know what to do to treat it thanks to Dr. Gillis. I feel so much better!!! It’s life changing!!!Thank you so much!!!!

Synergy Health is by far the best clinic I have been at. You are taken care of from the minute you walk in the door. And what I love the most, is that it is literally a one stop shop for all your Health and wellness needs. The wide variety of practitioners do offer is incredible. I highly recommend them.

Synergy Health Centre
Working with Jason as a physiotherapist has been great. He's helped me find release from pain with both treatment and exercises. He’s both knowledgeable and kind.Kevin has also been a great help as a chiropractor even after one session. He’s helped me understand some of the mechanics of my body and released some underlying tension that other chiropractors has missed. I look forward to my next sessions with him.
