Panic Factory - Escape Rooms

On our way to Ottawa, we decided to pop into Panic Factory and try one of their rooms, having heard great things about them. We were NOT disappointed. First - the customer service is awesome; we were greeted promptly and warmly. As for the escape experience, we had a fantastic time. The decor was very well put together, the puzzles made sense and flowed really well. We love scary themes and Room 502" was just creepy enough to keep us on edge =) Would definitely recommend to those looking to satisfy their escape room itch - we'll be back again very soon!"

Visited panic factory because of the reviews. Did not disappoint! We did two rooms because the first was so fun. The rooms are really well constructed and feel real. The puzzles are challenging but not far fetched. Everything had great detail and followed the story lines perfectly. The staff were awesome too. Ray found out it was my birthday and gave me a 'gift'. Definitely made my day. I've been to 3 other escape room businesses in the area and this one is by far my favourite. Will definitely be back .

Amazing! We are avid escapers and have recently done their new room Deadly Ground. It was terrifying but the puzzle and all the details involved were AWESOME. The puzzle was difficult requiring us to use the few clues but it was a happy medium of not too difficult but difficult enough where we had to use our brains. The special effects were awesome, I was jumping out of my skin because it was so creepy and the room really had us on edge! The staff are great and the whole experience was just awesome. We had a great time and will definitely be going back! Great job panic factory! 100% awesome performance!

First time trying an escape room and very glad this was our first. Termination room was fantastic. Great atmosphere and excellent puzzles. Owners/staff were awesome throughout the process. Can't wait to try everything else they have to offer.Edit: Completed all of the rooms available at the moment and they seem to get better every time we do one. Every room is very unique and it is obvious that they have really put thought into each room to ensure you are fully emersed and have a great time. Can't wait for the new room to come.

The staff are extremely welcoming and entertaining. I've gone on multiple occasions and every room has been well designed.If you're looking for an immersive experience with friends than look no further. Panic Factory Courtice goes above and beyond by including detailed stories and movie quality props into their rooms. Whether you're planning a date, party, or friendly get-together it's always a fun time.I highly recommend this establishment and plan on returning very shortly.

If you're considering coming here, do it now! I have done a ton of escape rooms and this location is amazing. The owners are charismatic and engaging. The atmosphere from the moment you walk in is pure geeky fandom. The hallway is even setting up the theme for the rooms. I did the Safe Haven room with my partner and then tried out the VR game. We had a blast. The puzzles were pretty straightforward and kept the game moving. A nice combination of locks and tech. I want to go back and do everything else there asap. Thank you to the owners for putting in the time to make this such a great experience.

Having done a ton of escape rooms, I know what is out there. Panic Factory is AMAZING! The owners are so nice and clearly put their heart and soul into this place. As soon as you walk through the door to a room you can't help but be totally immersed because the atmosphere is so realistic. The quality of the rooms is outstanding and the puzzles are very creative and so much fun. I have done all of their rooms and they somehow manage to knock it out of the park every time. The Safe Haven room is one of the best rooms I have ever done, and the new Christmas themed room Krampus is fantastic too! Can't say enough, so much fun!!!

Amazing time! The room was extremely detailed, and the craftsmanship was excellent! We did Safe Haven and weren't disappointed. The puzzles were excellently done! Can't to try the other rooms!I was especially happy to see that there was a toilet I was able to make use of in the room. Unfortunately though I wasn't able to flush. (Sorry to the person who had to clean it) Just kidding!

My sister, Girlfriend, and myself took my mother for her birthday. Besides the fact that the decoration and inter-activeness of each of the rooms, the two men at the front were extremely hospitable and even gave us a little bit of extra time to complete the room. Needless to say.....we did another room immediately after.Id recommend this place for anyone who loves escape rooms or especially anyone who is wanting to participate for their first time.I am extremely excited to go back once again and finish the remainder of the rooms and will definitely be there to experience their new rooms once they are finished.To conclude they have a wonderful coffee machine that is absolutely free.Thank you for a fantastic experience and we will definitely see you guys soon.
