Steve is wonderful! Great attitude and willing to not only explain problems and solutions, but show you what he is working on. Pricing is great for what needs to be done. I would definitely recommend Anderson Excavating and Septic to anyone who needs root removal, septic lines cleared, etc.

The gentlemen came on time and were engaged in my explanation of what I was seeing and experiencing, and we’re respectful that I had no idea why it was happening. They immediately went into finding the root cause and correcting the issue immediately! They were efficient in fixing the issues and clearly articulated what they did and what I should do going forward to take care of my system! They were a breath of fresh air for a woman learning to manage all of this!

Very quick, responsive, same day, reasonable costing service. I’ve used them for my home and business needs and they’re fantastic! I also have two pets in my home that didn’t seem to mind him and he didn’t seem to mind my pets (the pets are usually they’re pretty skittish with strangers). We’ve used Roto Rooter in the past and after today’s experience with Andersen, we will not be going back to Roto Rooter.
