Can't say enough how much I appreciate the team at Lake House, I have dealt with previous warranty and service teams in the past and got the run around. Brennan and Ian were amazing to work with from the minute I met them. They took ownership of the issues and communicated with me throughout. Ian helped get me get to the bottom of a couple electronic problems I had for a while and fixed up trailer issues for a very reasonable cost. I got the boat back and didn't miss a day on the water. Thanks again guys !!! MasterCraft Owners are lucky to have you.

Outstanding experience in purchasing a new boat from Carter and the team at Lake House Marine & Surf Shop in Kelowna. Excellent communication and service. From the initial walk through of the boat in the shop with Carter to working with the folks in the retail and parts & service departments, the entire team was great.We were fortunate enough to have Derek take us out on the water for the orientation. Again, a fantastic experience. Derek's knowledge, professionalism and demeanor put us all at ease. Lake House Marine Kelowna stepped up to help us with a mid-summer glitch on our Mastercraft boat. I had the absolute pleasure of buying a new Mastercraft X24 from Carter Spear at Lake House Marine and Surf Shop. If I could give 6 stars I would. His attention to detail and knowledge was amazing. I live in Calgary so everything done was either by email or over the phone as Carter was recommended to me. Outstanding is the only word to use in the entire process.
