I had been dreading the cost of replacing my key fob until I called this company. To my pleasant surprise, they offered a much lower price than anticipated! Within an hour, their technician arrived ready to help and with remarkable speed fixed the issue right before me - not just that but he was quite handsome too. All-in-all it couldn't have gone any better; I'm thrilled with how quickly and affordably everything worked out and will definitely be calling them again in future!

As I was enjoying some much needed time at the Casino Resort in Arlington I noticed that I did not have my car keys and I had lost them. I tried calling the GM dealership and their prices were just outrageous so I called Arlington Lock & Key and they gave me a really great price! Also very rapid response time. I highly recommend this company!

Just a rude customer service experience. I called for a quote on a key she answered without a greeting and she wouldn’t give me an actual quote on a replacement proximity key. She said only the technician could give me the quote (what the). I’ve called three other places that happily gave me a quote. So I said okay thanks and she hung up. Not a hello, goodbye, or thank you. No thanks!

The only business I'll choose if I require a dependable locksmith service is this one. At the post office, I accidentally locked myself out of my car, and the locksmith was able to arrive after only 10 minutes of being contacted. He was extremely courteous and professional, and he unlocked my car in less than a minute. He also offered me a fantastic bargain! If necessary, I would most definitely give these folks another call.
