Holiday Inn is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel provides excellent amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that guarantees a pleasant experience. During my visit, I had the pleasure of interacting with Keira ,one of the staff members who stood out for their exceptional service. They were incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and making my stay memorable. Their genuine hospitality added an extra touch of warmth to my overall experience at Holiday Inn. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chatham South, an IHG Hotel
Overall, I was happy with our stay.The complimentary hot breakfast was great, and the king-sized bed was really comfortable.Things that took away from the rating were stains on the couch in the suite, and the carpet needed a deep-clean. The bedding and the rest of the suite were nice and clean.The service at the hotel was professional and welcoming.The location was great if you were going to the casino next door, but there didn't seem to be much else in the south end of Chatham for shopping.

Chatham offers limited options when it comes to finding a good hotel. During our two-day stay at this particular location, we found the amenities to be satisfactory, and the included breakfast was convenient. However, the hotel could improve in two areas: pricing of the rooms and providing a wider range of food options for breakfast.
