Sleep Medix – Downtown (Allin Clinic)

Thanks to my new CPAP machine now I can sleep better and wake up well rested as well. Ryan, Respiratory Therapist, was very helpful. My wife hasn't heard my snores since I use the machine. The machine I got is not noisy at all and it includes a personal humidifier that helps you breath better. I totally recommend this place if you have problems snoring at night.

Ryan was excellent in explaining how the machine worked and how it was helping my sleep pattern to improve over the whole trial term. He was very patient with my many questions and quickly responded to my emails between appointments to ensure I was getting the best information possible. He made sure that I was comfortable with what I had learned and was very reasuring as I went through trial process.

I want everyone to know what an amazing experience that I had at this clinic. I was treated by a Respiratory Therapist by the name of Erin. It was clear that she was highly competent and very knowledgeable, but what really stood out was how much she loved what she was doing and how much loved the company she was representing!!! This person is golden and I will recommend everyone to Sleep Medix.

I was a respiratory therapy student with Erin Gargus. She is the best respiratory therapist so far I known. She cares about her patient and always provide patients the best health care experience. Her treatment for patients with CPAP/BIPAP therapy is amazing and I observed a lot of face to face thank you from her patients as their condition/sleep improved a lot after being on the CPAP. Erin is very professional and knowledgeable as a RT. Sleep Medix is a excellent clinic for sleep disorders and I fully believe with Erin present, this clinic will provide the best treatment for people who suffer from sleep disorders and all other respiratory related problems.

I wanted to just to suggest the clinic's clients to be careful when they are going to buy the CPAP equipment, as the Sleep Medix Clinic is making around 150% of profit. The most equipment, certified equipment, you can buy online from the online stores which are working under various Canadian medical cleaning.The Sleep Medix Clinic offered me a CPAP with very small mask and the female version of CPAP. The total price offered was around $2,500, but as the clinic has always monthly promotion, I should pay just $2

I have had the pleasure of having Erin Gargus as my Respiratory Therapist to help me complete a sleep study. She helped me through the entire process ensuring that I understood what to expect. She is professional, considerate and she did a wonderful job of communicating everything to me in a way that I clearly understood which really helped to reassure me!Her incredible level of communication through out our whole exchange allowed for it to be a smooth process from beginning to end. I highly recommend Erin to anyone looking for a respiratory therapist as she is incredibly knowledgeable and obviously cares about helping her patients to improve their quality of life!

I would recommend this location to anyone seeking Resp support. Ryan (RRT) and the team at Sleep Medix were professional, supportive and knowledgeable providing me with a smooth transition into the CPAP world. Ryan took the time to assess my needs and created a plan that would be successful. I am now sleeping like I have never slept before, THANK YOU!!!! I think I was a bit hard to please this time around and I was never made to feel like I was being a bother. I appreciate the patience of the Sleep Medix team over the past few years since I chose them to be my provider. The quality of service at the South Edmonton office (historically) and the Downtown office (this time round) has been of consistently high standards regardless of the Therapist I dealt with.Definitely 5/5

I have experienced excellent customer service at Sleep Medix from all employees. They have ensured my success through my diagnosis and treatment, which has improved my health and quality of life. They are very available to answer questions and flexible with appointment times. I would not hesitate to recommend Sleep Medic to anyone.
