Excellent customer service!

We had Family Clean start at our house . The booking process was easy and we were matched with a great cleaning team that were able to accommodate our needs well. The cleaners are fabulous- reliable, punctual, thorough and proactive. I would recommend the company and cleaners to anyone.

I paid for deep cleaning and walls to be cleaned. Cleanerasked if I will be inside so I stayed outside in the rain since I trusted she can do the job properly. She was yelling on the phone with someone, cleaned a bit more then left without me checking my unit and it’s a mess. She didn’t pick up garbage, toothpicks on the ground, hair, dust, toilet paper rolls, left the tub tap running and she must have cleaned bathroom with dish soap because it’s still sitting on the bathroom sink. She left her dirty rag on the shower rack, walls were definitely not cleaned because there is still stains that are easily removed and hair on the baseboards. I had to move some stuff out of the way in the kitchen for her and she still left maple syrup in the middle of the kitchen floor and detergent on the kitchen closet door which was very clearly visible.Nobody answers the phone and now nobody is answering my emails. Was hoping for a refund or for them to come clean it again guess not. I haven’t been in a good mind state lately and am on permanent disability I just needed somebody to clean my place for now and when she left it was more of a mess. She shined the toilet good though lol

Hired their services to do a one time clean of my friend’s apartment. They give you time window options for start time. I choose 12-2. 2oclock came and went and nothing. Of course the office is closed and there’s no contact information for the cleaning person so I just assumed they were a no show so I kept doing the cleaning i was doing and and more. Well, 3:30 i get a call from the cleaner that she’s almost there. She told me i was booked for 2-4 which I wasn’t because i had to be somewhere else, but I figured whatever there’s still lots to do. She arrived and i told her what still needed to be done. I paid $200 for this and she cleaned the floor and the bathroom and said she was done. Then she said she will let them know there was less and I should get some money back. Well, okay. So i thanked her and she left. I never got any money back. It was $200 for 90 minutes if that to wash the floors and clean the bathroom.Well, i had also made the mistake of setting up the service to come do a cleaning every other week starting the following week. I work from home so I was there while they were cleaning. I showed them how to use my floor washer, which they never used. They cleaned the bathroom with generic windex even though i had put out and showed them my cleaning supplies (i have multiple chemical sensitivities and use fragrance free hippy cleaners) and they never touched them. They cleaned my oven because I asked them more than once. Then they said done. I was confused again. Bathroom and oven for $139. I called and told them that i no longer needed the service. Well they keep charging my card. I have called, them emailed them and repeatedly said to not charge my card because i do want to use your service. So here we are months later and they charged my card again. This is not okay. Money is tight right now and i don’t need this extra headache. Will be reporting to the better business bureau and consumer protection.Do not use this company.

Cleaners are very friendly and did more than expectations . I just love their services and Prices . I tried MaidGreat for just one time clean but Now I'm satisfied with results and hiring them for biweekly . Highly recommended...

This company seems to be fraudulent and I'm taking steps to report them. The cleaner was late, didn't actually do any cleaning I left 3 voicemails messages about it. Went back and forth via email with what seemed like a bot, about my dissatisfaction, showing photos of my not cleaned apartment. They said they were waiting for the before and after photos from their cleaner (I sent photos, so not an excuse). At a point they stopped responding to my emails. I contacted the cleaner and she said they are hired only via email and that she'd never spoken to any employee on the phone. I'm going through my credit card company to have the charges reversed.

Prompt response to my inquiry and great communication beforehand. Very friendly and hard working cleaner that had my whole one bedroom apartment clean in an hour from top to bottom! I was surprised how thorough she was considering how little time it took. I consider the service to have been money well spent.
