Abbey’s Creations Southwood Corner
Very friendly staff, nice clean shop, we’ll give it another shot again sometime…..we went for ice cream sundaes and they said they’d have to make the whipped cream up so it’d be awhile, thought that a bit odd being an ice cream shop and all, didn’t want to wait so we just took a cone each. We’re ice cream people, so we’ll try it again sometime.

A fantastic place to get a delicious ice cream treat in south west Calgary. Marble Slab, watch out. From cones and cups, to banana splits and milkshakes, and ice cream cakes, your needs will be met. Prices are super reasonable (especially for the high quality), and the flavor selection is impressive. My kids are big fans of the Moon Mist and the Rocky Road. My partner was a fan of the plant based Mango, and I fell in love with the Kit Kat Mallow and the Chocolate Raspberry Truffle. Phew. All yummy. The mixing in of unlimited toppings had my kids very excited. The only negative is I warn everyone to stay away from the Durian Delight. Unless you are a fan, then you will love it. Very accurate.Super welcoming and friendly staff, and the interior was immaculate (grand opening tomorrow!).Highly, highly recommend. And you will be supporting a local business.

Abbey’s Creations Southwood Corner
Amazing staff! So friendly and helpful! They have so many unique and delicious flavors of ice cream. They also have a ton of pre-made, cakes, ice cream sandwiches and other treats for quick grab and go items. Love all the toppings you can mix in and they have so many tasty colorful cones to go with their tasty ice cream creations!

This place is interesting. The ice cream was good and tastes homemade. I wish they had some less sugar content toppings. It was all candy and no fruit.

Honestly...not that good. The ice cream is too sweet and the flavors are overpowering. The pictures here show tons of mix in options but they had very few set out to choose from - no oreo or cookie dough or fresh fruit or Marshmallows... they didn't even have regular waffle cones or waffle bowls ...was not impressed
