CANEX

I love the Canex it has so much to look at and also a Canada Post inside. I do all of my mailing there because the staff are so helpful and cheery. Also, my mail never goes missing when I send it through Base Borden Canada Post!

It's got it all, but don't expect much. I'm not military so I'm not sure how much their prices are, but I gotta say they aren't competitive in any way. It seems they only exist to slowly profit off of military families whose credit is only good at CANEX. High priced appliances. Expensive (yet cheap) home furnishings. Don't have much good to say, especially when they're is a Walmart 20 minutes away.

Has an ok selection. You're going to pay more for pretty much everything in there but the price match on the big stuff.

Poor selection of products. No groceries or fresh food items. Not licensed to sell beer. Terrible hours of operation compared to the Petawawa Canex. Opens late and closes early.

The experience with Canex has been extremely frusteratin.We bought so many equipment in 4 year plan.And for the past 8 months they have been charging twice every month. From our paychceck plus monthly pre authrised deduction from account.So simply we are payin twice every month.We have called so mamy times, to stop one payment, and each time they will say they Would stop it but they won't. And they are not even refunding our money. We have called the head office many times and talked to James and no result.It feels like they just dont want to refund. I understand mistakes can happen, but at least solve them.I have never seen that poor service in my whole life.I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.They are litterly doing day light robbery in the miltary base, and shocking getaway with it.

Ravi's Pizza and Donnair has possibly the best pizza and poutine that I have ever tasted!

Fantastic, first class, customer service second-to-none. I always find what I'm looking for. Being ex-military, I've been to many CANEX stores across Canada and I rate this store among the best! Thank YOU for being there for our Military personnel.

Worst Canex ever seen in entire CAF. Worst customer service. This dumb manager Carolyn and Amanda they don’t like to accept anything return ,,,worst people should be fired right away.

It's definitely not the best Canex. Lacked a decent selection of boots. Clothing and such. But, it could be worse!Staff are spot on.

Always friendly staff. Location has everything from groceries to furniture.Canex is open to the public, not just military members. Civilians are welcome on the base.
