I've been a patient with Rana Sleep Clinic, now rebranded Careica Health, since 2008. I'm now on my 2nd CPAP machine, which like my 1st was purchased from Rana.

Not at all satisfied with recall of Philip machine. Talked to the manager on more than one occasions regarding replacement machine - no satisfactory answer. All I was told that people with acute sleep apnea will be given machines first. The manager identified that I have acute sleep apnea. I was also told that everyone will get replacement by September 1. The manager wasn’t very pleasant to talk to & I did not feel valued customer though bought the machine from them 6 years ago & have been buying yearly supplies from them. Not a happy customer

requires better dispersement of information so your clients can understand how (well the sleep assessment went) it has been a few weeks I completed my assessment and have not have any feedback. (When I get an update, I can also update this review to reflect this)

I did a trial through Careica. Enjoyed the sleep I was getting. Then was put on a wait list for the specific machine I used for the trial, and returned the rental. In early February, I received a phone call from Careica and they pressured me into taking a totally different cpap. I had “until the end of the business day” to say yes or no. Desperate to get a good night sleep again, I said yes. I picked it up on February 7th. Within the first week, I knew this was the wrong machine for me. And I have been constantly trying to get a manager to call me back since. I am getting even worse sleeps than I did prior to my trial. Careica said I could return the cpap within 30 days on the day of purchase. It is now March 17th and this company has been stringing me along the entire time. Taking upwards of 2 weeks to respond back. I called today, asked for a phone call back - yet they emailed me and refused to speak to me over the phone. This is absolutely horrendous customer service. I am getting horrible sleeps, and after spending $2,300 on a machine that I was forced into taking, this company has washed their hands of me. Absolutely despicable.
