The company is professional and they showed up at the exact time that I scheduled my carpet cleaning.Ryan, my technician, did an absolutely excellent job!I would certainly recommend them to anyone who lives in the Shelby/Rochester Hills/Sterling Heights/Chesterfield/Troy and any nearby area.

Perfect Image Carpet Cleaning
Perfect Image is the only carpet cleaning service I've used since 2011. Ryan does a great job, is always very professional and on time. The carpet is always very clean, dries quickly, and doesn't feel saturated with detergent residue. Prices are competitive. Highly recommend!

Perfect Image Carpet Cleaning
Professional service from start to finish. Had an emergency that needed fast attention. Red wine spilled on carpet on a Sunday. ... Ughh. Called Perfect Image the following day and Gary came out the same day and did a marvelous job getting rid of the stain. I have been using this company for years to clean all my carpeting in the house. They are first class from start to finish. Thanks Gary and everyone at Perfect Image for the excellent service you have provided every time.

Perfect Image Carpet Cleaning
I had a wonderful experience with Perfect Image Carpet Cleaning! They texted me when they were on their way which was helpful to my schedule and arrived on time and quickly got to work. He was very kind and professional, I showed him where our dog had a few accidents on the carpet and he paid extra attention to the area and explained additional things that could be done if I still had issues. He did our entire upstairs in less than an hour and additionally cleaned the stairs and our entryway area rug with no additional charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely have them back in the future! Thank you!

Unbelievably good service. I called and they got me an appointment the next morning and I can’t believe how kind and helpful they were. I never leave reviews on Google but felt compelled that I had to do this given how grateful I am for their exceptional service. Thanks a lot guys and I will definitely be calling you back to do my upstairs as well. If you are looking for a carpet cleaning in the area then there is no need to call other companies, you found the right place here.

Gary was very professional. He asked if I wanted him to wear a mask before entering our home which I appreciated. He worked with a sense of urgency while still taking the time to make sure the job was done well. I will definitely be using this company again and highly recommend.

I had all of the carpets cleaned in my mom's house to prepare it for sale. Perfect Image Carpet Cleaning was very easy to book online, the technician was very prompt and had communicated with me in advance so I would be there, he gave me a very fair price, and the entire experience was enjoyable. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Perfect Image Carpet Cleaning
I hate having my carpets cleaned. Not this time. Perfect Image Carpet Cleaning did a great job. My carpet was nice and fluffy. Smelled clean without a perfume smell. Could not feel any soap residue on my feet. Ryan was professional and it showed that he knew his job well. He didn't try to sell us more products like deodorizers etc.. On time too. I would definitely use Perfect Image again.

Perfect Image Carpet Cleaning
Perfect Image have cleaned two of our houses and we are EXTREMELY satisfied, they are very professional and take time to clean the carpet correctly, after inspection they advise what will most likely not come out and and what to expect. Great job. Also GREAT price too.
