Wonderful experience in this store while I was in town. They had everything I needed and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. As an added bonus, we visited with their rescue bunnies while we were there. It's always a pleasure to see Babs and Buster when we drop by!

Wow. Exceptional service. Getting a new rescue kitty and needed EVERYTHING and had a load of questions.. had 3 staff members help me all super patient, kind and helpful. Great coupon book too for new pet parents so some great savings. Delighted this is my local pet store .

The prices are really good, pleasant staff and they even offer to carry out large bags of dog food to your vehicle!

I can't say enough good things about this business. During the pandemic, they made it easy to pick up bags of dog food by ordering online or on the phone, and picking up at the curb, but they are without exception populated by the BEST people... Whoever does the hiring for this company has nailed it. Every location I've attended has the same caliber of staff...they're wonderful. I appreciate that I'm greeted each time, they're willing to help find something specific (often random things) and usually offer to help carry the bag to the car, even though I've never needed the assistance. I also like the buy 12 bags get one free automatically tracked via my phone number, which is recognized in every single store I've been to, no matter when I buy, in what location, which has varied based on where I happen to shop. But even if this weren't a convenience, they've been willing to bring in the exact dog food we need if they don't have it on hand, and call when it's available, or offer to deliver. I love this business... they really DO care about their clientele, and it shows.

My experience with Bosley's nail clipping service and the assigned nail clipping lady was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise seeking nail clipping services elsewhere, where your pet's SAFETY and COMFORT (vs manhandling my 7 month old pup) are given the attention they deserve.Left with only the back legs done and will find someone else to the front ones but with the well-being of my dog in mind.Yikes…

The team at Bosley’s in Parksville are very experienced and provide exceptional customer service! Not only did they provide great recommendations to cope with a dog who pulls while walking, but they also took the time to fit my dog for a harness and leash. Thank you Emmery and team for your help!

FABULOUS TEAM! I went in today because we are about to adopt a puppy and Nicole was so helpful! She took the time to take me through all of the things that we needed and told me the pros and cons of all the different types! We are all set now and really appreciated the time and attention!
