The staff here are always extremely friendly and ready to help. David L. was an absolutely fantastic help today and was extremely patient with me when it came to helping me resolve my issue. I was also given great service by Ian W. to help things move along.I would definitely say that anybody coming into this location will be given the best experience possible.

My phone was hacked and I came in super frustrated from the whole situation however they assisted me very efficiently! Took a while due to the nature of the situation to get my phone number back but the staff was very cordial! Hayden was very helpful and professional, seemed to know his stuff, give that guy a promotion!! His colleagues were also great and insightful! Overall I was pleased!

Go with a different provider!!! Worst service I've ever received! The staff are friendly but have no clue what they're doing. I got my phone repaired and they had it for 6 weeks. They said they would call me with updates but never did. I always had to call them multiple times before anyone would even pick up. You'd think being a warranty store, they would know how to deal with repairs but every time I was there, I had to wait for them to call their manager to figure out how to do something, making my visit much longer than it needed to be. I went there 5 times within the 6 weeks and wanted to speak with a manager but there was never one on site, which I find a bit ridiculous.

Recently purchased a new cell phone here. Jason was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything from my old phone uploaded correctly to my new phone. Definitely a first-rate, top-notch team at this location!!

My current cell phone provider decided to increase my bill by $10 so I decided to check out freedom mobile as the prices are more affordable. The sales person in the store said when you sign up, you get 15 days to try it out and if you don’t like it within that time period you can cancel and get a FULL REFUND. I thought I had nothing to lose so I went ahead with it. Turns out the coverage didn’t really work where I live so I decided to stick to my old provider. I went to the store 4 days after setting it up and they issued me a refund for the SIM card I had to pay for and they told me I wouldn’t be billed for the month as I was in that 15 day period.Fast forward to the end of the month and they charged me $77.40 on my credit card. I called their 1-800 number and they told me they couldn’t find my account and I would need to go in person to the store. I drove all the way to their store and the sales person told me they don’t issue refunds in the store and I need to call the 1-800 number. Tried calling the 1-800 number AGAIN and this person told me it would take up to 8 weeks for the refund to be issued to my card, even though this was completely their mistake (I only had the plan for 4 days!). I talked to someone else and this person said they would issue it in about a week if I called them back. Waited a week and called them back and they said they would refund my credit card $66. I told them that’s incorrect and the amount is $77.40. They put me on hold for like 5 minutes and then said “you’re right it’s $77.40, we will refund that for you within 5 business days”. Just got my refund today and they only refunded me the $66. I also have gotten no assurance that they won’t charge my credit card again next month as nobody seems to know what’s going on.HONESTLY do not go with this provider if there is any chance you will need to cancel it because good luck trying to get your money back and they will probably keep charging you.

Though the staff are welcoming at this branch. Freedom service is way below average. I bought a plan and specifically explained I want it to abort another account. Confirmed by the branch rep that this is possible, but after I paid for the plan, and few days later through multiple calls I found out that my previous line cannot be transferred as it is outside Freedom coverage! And eventually they refused to refund me as that line, which was useless. Ended up going with Bell

Its a pretty big shop with nothing much on display, giving the sense of a half empty warehouse. The service staff were a bit too casual, although it was clear that they loved their work, and that matters. No tech workshop here though, just tech advice and basic booting support.

Shahan is super helpful and friendly , answered all my questions with ease. Would have given him 5 stars if he could have found a cable to transfer my data from my old phone to new one. The store had opened for 2 weeks after renos , so I am sure that they will get more organized soon.

The person who was helping us, was very helpful. But his co-staff decided to have a conversation with him while he was helping us setup the new sim. I dont mind hearing to the personal conversations but it would be more appropriate if the staffs can avoid these conversations when they are assisting the customers.
