I have been a client of Tangled Hair for five years and can’t say enough good things about the salon.All of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. It’s always a treat when I go as it’s such a fun atmosphere. And, your hair looks great when you come out!!!I would highly recommend Tangled Hair to anyone looking for a professional stylist.

I had one of the most unpleasant experiences at this salon today. I went in to have my eyebrows done and after the lady was done, I asked if she could also color them for me, she could have simply said no but she said yes and started rushing me and telling me in a stressed out tone that she can’t fix the color if it turns out darker because she will have other customers.I found her tone very rushed and stressful. I had my baby with me in the stroller and she started crying and I went to give her some snack and quiet her but the lady almost yelled at me and told me I can’t just walk around the salon without permission. After my eyebrows were colored, I had to wait few minutes to have them washed but I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible because I was feeling extremely stressed and disrespected so I quickly went to the front and paid my fee and then left to take the elevator. I heard the lady running after me accusing me of not paying. I just couldn’t believe the audacity she had of accusing me. I felt embarrassed, disrespected, condescended and stressed.To top it all off, I found out she is one of the owners at this salon. I’m no expert in customer service but I felt this was the worst experiences I had as a customer.

I got a haircut from Christie and she did an amazing job! I have particular hair and she not only listened to what style of cut I wanted, but she knew what I needed and what would suit my hair the best. I love my haircut as it was a dramatic cut and I am so happy with it. I will definitely recommend Christie and will now only see her for my haircuts.

I had a hair cut in Tangled Hair studio yesterday for the first time. It was Sepi who did my hair. I have had the same hair style as long as I remember and this time I was looking for something new. I showed her a hair style that I thought would be nice for me Considering my age and the type of hair, Sepi suggested something different and I can not tell you how happy I am with my new look. She definitely has the taste and knows her job. I also thank my wife who is a regular customer of hers, for referring her to me.I was also received in to the salon with a warm welcome. I found the other staff to be very friendly and courteous.

This salon was a disaster. The sinks for washing hair have no kneck cushion, it's very uncomfortable. Everything is so crammed in the space, it's so loud it made it hard to communicate with my stylist what I wanted, therefore I left unhappy with my style. I also attribute that to lack of passion for her job, the stylist I had did not listen to my instructions and I left with a style I did not want at all. The cut is good... but I asked her to use a flat iron to create waves... she told me that is the wrong tool, used a curling iron instead, and I left with curls. I told her many times during the process it was not what I asked for, she said OK and continued doing what she was doing. She also burned my head several times during blowdrying, no apology or adjustment to her technique. Basically zero regard for wanting to create a salon quality experience and provide passionate service, which is what I look for in a stylist.

I was in the mall and needed a haircut… the lady at the desk was very kind and was able to schedule me for a cut the very same day!I had my eyebrows threaded by one lady, and she did a great job.And then Shewaye cut my hair… she was fantastic! Shewaye took the time to talk with me about what I’d like done, gave me an amazing wash with head massage, cut my hair with more detail than I’m used to for the layers and styled it so nicely!Thanks for the great service at a very reasonable price:-) I’ll be back!

First time visit. Hair looked like **** after I washed it at home. Wasted $70 for nothing and I end up booking another appointment at a different salon to fix it. The stylist is nice tho but I really didn’t like the result.

I dropped in and saw Christie fir a consult - she knew right away what my hair needed . I had tried without success to explain it to 4 other hairdressers/ she did a fantastic job cutting my Latina hair (wavy and thick). Shes fantastic and will go back and referred all my coworkers in the clinic to get. Sadly she’s not shown in the picture on their website ad. The only reason I didn’t give a higher rating is that they overcharged me when I went for colour by Charging extra for setting the hair after - which is usually included with a colour? Then when my coworkers called to ask about price fir cut and colour they were quoted $350! I’m still going to see Christie for her exceptional cut and service - I’ll just make sure any charges are explained ahead of time.

My first time coming to this salon as Ive recently moved into the area. Booked an appointment (men's hair cut) and they had me with Christy. She was so great and did such a great job with my fade! She asked all the right questions and was really lovely. I will be going back to her again! Also, the people at the front desk really welcoming and lovely to deal with.

I'd gotten my hair cut at a different salon a few days prior and was unhappy with the cut. I called up Tangled Hair Studio to see if they had anyone who could fix what was done to my hair and they were able to accommodate me right away. The stylist I had, Christiana, is amazing! She was able to fix my hair, and I will definitely be sticking to her for all my future hair cuts! Highly recommended!
