Niagara's One Stop Scooter Shop
Bruce is a scammer. My son has an ebike. Last August the batteries died and needed replaced. We went to this shop because they had them in stock. From that point on the bike would die after 10 to 15 minutes. Bruce then said it was the charger. We replaced it, not fixed. Then he blamed it that my son is a larger person, 6'5. But before the battery chsnge the bike would go 15 km easy. So we took the bike to another shop. Who found the battery was wired with too small f gauge wire and HOT GLUE. This othrr shop fixed the problem. Bike now goes like it did new."

I give you five star rating as your business is exactly how a business should be ran amassing service. ill definitely be recommending your scooter shop to any one I know or I encounter that asks where to go for an ebike.

Niagara's One Stop Scooter Shop
The staff are absolutely amazing!! I was recommended to them by my friend. Very kind and compassionate. I have a mobility scooter and it stopped working in one day. I took it there. They looked it over and replaced the ignition, took it out for a test run and it still had problems. They found a bad connection at the back and were able to put a strong strap to hold it in place. It works perfectly. Thank you Nino, Bruce, and your amazing mechanic for your kindness and help

Best Staff Ever!! My e-bike was destroyed by sabotage and Bruce advised me to call their new financing company, and if even with not so great credit, I was approved to get a brand new bike!! I love my pink Tao E-bike and matching helmet. Thanks Bruce, you are the best!!

Needed a scooter for my mom to get around while we were out in Niagara, had it for 2 days didn't need to charge it till the 2nd night still had lots of power but charged it before returning it. Very excellent service and price. LIFE SAFER THANKS AGAIN.

After I got my Scooter. I was happy . Just ask around they do make good. If things go wrong with them. It not the dealership fault for the shipper. Or vise versa. But Bruce and Nemo are great people .so please enjoy.
