Vines & Views Wine Tours

I found the experience rushed. The driver was unprofessional and spoke about his financial struggles and personal life more than necessary. I thought he would be informing us about grapes, the local soils, temperature, the unique landscape, and kelownas history. But he mostly hung around us, trying to participate in the action (minus tasting). The tastings were very robotic and not very informative. It felt touristy and rushed.

We had such a lovely time on our tour this last weekend. We are from Alberta and this was awesome. The views were stunning and the driver Gary was so kind. Highly recommend!

Our group of 6 ladies spent an awesome day celebrating a milestone birthday with Vines and Vues. Very glad we chose this company, who were willing to drive out to to pick us up at our vacation rental which was a fair ways out of town. Richard arrived with water and snacks and expertly guided us through 5 wineries. It was a great mix of large and small operations with some stunning views and wonderful wine. Richard generously shared his extensive wine knowledge and humor with us and made the day one to remember.

Loved our tour, had a lot of fun and we will be back the next time we are in BC!

Overall, my husband and I found this a pretty nice way to spend a day in West Kelowna. We enjoyed visiting the wineries, most of the wine was good and it was great to try new things. I have to say that we felt pressured by the driver at the end of the tour to tip. We are from overseas where tipping isn’t customary and not many people carry cash these days. If tipping is expected (as part of their salary) then perhaps invest in a card machine for each tour bus? - otherwise I would strongly recommend to include the option for gratuity on the booking price.

We had a fabulous time on our wine tour over the weekend. We had a group of ten ladies and couldn’t have asked for better service. We visited beautiful wineries and our driver Roger collected all of our purchases and stored them on the bus for us. He was amazing and kept us on schedule without us feeling rushed.Vines & Views was so accommodating for our group and we were beyond thrilled with the experience. Highly recommend!

Did this tour for my friend's bachelorette and absolutely loved it. Gary, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and made our experience so memorable. He went above and beyond what we expected - even brought snacks and prepared a whole spread for us with crackers and cheese when we needed a break. And, he knew his stuff. He gave us a lot of info about the Okanagan Valley, the different wineries, the wine itself. He was happy to take pictures of us and gave us tips and insights the whole time. I would highly recommend this wine tour!

Gary was the best. Couldn’t recommend this company enough for a wine tour! Gary made the whole experience so fun and informative for us and was awesome with his stories, helping gather the wine and brought water and light snacks for us. Thanks Gary! We will definitely be booking with you again.

Recently did a first ever wine tour while in Kelowna on a holiday. After doing some research online I chose Vines and Views and overall was very impressed with the entire experience. It was a group tour but there was only one other couple and our driver was pleasant and knowledgeable and professional. We ended up going to five different wineries in West Kelowna and although I'm sure you could have done all of this on your own, it was very nice to have a reservation at each winery with a private tasting. Mission Hills lived up to the hype" and I'm glad we chose that as part of the tour. Overall it was a 5-star experience and most definitely worth the money.I will add one important piece of advice: check your wine purchases before you leave the group. We had the unfortunate experience of not checking our box of wine bottle purchases until several weeks later when we returned home only to find that our driver had mistakenly given our most expensive bottle to the other couple on the tour (who live in a different city). I was a bit distraught that this happened and even though it definitely was an easy mistake

What a fun day with our guide Don! He kept our transport cool and comfortable and navigated the local construction like a pro! Lots of laughs! It was a perfect!
