Nadon should not be a Polaris dealer! We bought a 2022 RZR Pro 3 weeks ago and added on over 14k worth of options. Upon pick up, we were missing 2 different parts and immediately noticed damage to the brand new bumper. The salesman attitude was oh its not that bad" ... at the price we paid it is THAT bad. Went to buy an ATV and a dirt bike. Stood around for half an hour and didn’t get even so much as a glance in our direction. When we finally managed to talk to someone he quickly told us the price of an ATV and then went to talk with another customer. We’ll be buying elsewhere. At least the guy at the service counter was helpful.

Very disappointed in their after sales service. I bought a new bike about a month ago from them and always noticed that my front wheel had a slight wobble. After a few hundred kilometers, I decided to call the service department to ask if I could bring the bike in to have the wheel checked. The service rep told me that I could bring it in but I would be charged 125$/hr if the wheel ended up being ok. I said that this didn’t make sense since the wheel did this from new and bike was under warranty. The rep then puts me on hold. Comes back on the phone and tells me to bring the bike in as soon as I can and I wouldn’t be charged for the verification. So, I bring my bike in and after an hour in the garage, I’m told the wheel and tire are within tolerance but at the limit. I was then told that maybe it was my fault and probably hit a pothole, which i definitely did not. It did this from new. The service rep even tries to tell me that the tires that came with the bike are more prone to wobble and I should consider buying another type of tire. I then get charged 80$ for the verification even though I was told on the phone, it wouldn’t cost anything. At this point, I didn’t feel like arguing and just wanted my bike so I paid.As a new rider, I am completely dissatisfied with my first service experience. Nothing got fixed and I’m stuck with a subpar front tire. To add insult to injury, I get charged $80. I will be going elsewhere for my 1000km service. Live and learn.
