Property is clean and well maintained. No problems with maintenance being on time and efficient for minor issues. Suites are large and have well planned layouts. Site manager does his job well, very informative, accommodating and kind. Would definitely recommend!

We've been living here for over two years and we are satisfied. It is strategically located nearby groceries, schools, library, gyms and restaurants, parks, gyms, etc.Management is very reliable each time I call for repair or any concern. They are responsive and follows-up with me after to make sure it is done or resolved properly. Premises are maintained and cleaned all the time. I would like to compliment the site manager, Jitin, for being professional and accommodating whenever I have concerns.

Long term tenant from them. 2+ yearsI give 2/5 stars for a few reasons.- The building is fairly nice, and well kept.- Anytime i needed maintenance done it never ended up getting finished.- The management is awful to deal with and went back on their word with me multiple times

My girlfriend and I applied for an apartment here, the person at the location who convinced us to apply was very sweet, and told us if anything went wrong with the application we would be refunded immediately. However the application process was dealt by a couple representatives over the phone and the experience was awful. We had explained to them we are new to the province and had just started work here. While we got accepted to two other places, the person we spoke with Was very pushy and invasive, we decided to go with one of the other we were accepted too. I now have no idea what is happening with my deposit, we were told to deal with customer service, customer service told us they would send an email and I would have to wait, with no timeline provided. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there wasn’t one available. This has been a horrible experience and no one is willing to help rectify it. I will be escalating this further if nothing gets resolved soon. Completely unprofessional. I would not recommend dealing with them.

I lived in at 209 Willis Cres for 16 months.Fully Satisfied.The maintenance are very responsive and quick.Jitin is very professional and good listener. He tried to help and make our stay comfortable in every possible ways. Thank you.Also I enjoyed the location.

Little over a month here. Moved in and the towel rod was broken, took about a week to fix, but it wasn't urgent so that seems reasonable, and the staff are really nice. Girlfriend moves to Saskatoon to join me, we realize they've doubled booked her parking spot. Now I have to call every night to get a temporary pass for the visitor parking, if I forget they'll boot her car, and I'm still waiting for them to just assign a new parking spot to her. We could park on the street, but then why did we bother getting a parking stall? The management here are clearly either useless, lazy, or both. The building is nice, and the location is great, so as long as you never have to deal with management you'll be okay.

I lived in Broadstreet for 11 months. I want to share my experience. Mr. Jitin and his team are very cooperative and fast response. Especial thanks to Jitin; he is a remarkable person in the Broadstreet group.That was my comment 11 months ago; I have a good experience with Broadstreet and I would like to thank Mr J.B for his support to finish everything in the proper way.I hope all success for the group. ;)

Current tenant. As of May 2020. Initially I gave 5 stars but year after year, living here for 4 years, I had to remove one star for so many reasons. And management don't care to find out why?June 2020I had a meeting with site manager Jitin for lease renewal and he assured me things will change. Helped me to understand how maintenance requests work.Thanks Jitin, these 5 stars are only because of you.

Jitin the site manager is absolutely amazing. He always goes out of his way to make sure everything is fixed on time etc. I moved out almost 7 months ago and he still goes out of his way for me. I accidentally had some important mail sent there and he contacted the current tenant for me found the mail and set up a time for me to come get it. Definitely recommend this place for its location and good management. Thanks Jitin!

We just left the unit, we are happy with all experiences in this property.The property is safe, clean, and well maintained. The site manager, Mr. Jitin is very nice, properly working well, responding quickly in a professional manner. Thanks, Jitin !We would highly recommend this property !
