HORRIBLE SERVICE and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Maher and his team sold us a defective unit and would not come back to fix the problem or provide any service. Maher told me he wouldn't come because my husband was rude and he didn't feel obligated to do the job we paid for. Maher put my family and I at risk by selling us a broken unit. They would not answer the phone and told us to take them to court. Maher had absolutely no regard for our children who were sweltering hot and uncomfortable due to the unit not working. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this fraudulent company. We will be taking legal action to recover our money.

Excellent workmanship, great customer service, fair pricing and a quality product.My furnace broke down the day before Christmas 2017, the coldest days of the year. Maher H&C was there the next day with a Rheem 60K BTU furnace and two capable workers for the installation. They did everything right! They were clean, thorough and respected my home. They charged a fair price and they followed up with me after the work was done.I've kept their number in my records to recommend to all my friends and certainly will use them when I need their services again. Solid work, thank you Maher Heating & Cooling.

I got Goodman AC and furnace installed by Maher Heating and Cooling last week in Mississauga. My experience with them was excellent. They showed up at the scheduled time and left a clean site after the installation. Their prices are also very competitive. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them for Heating and Cooling needs.

Terrible company. I called reliance home comfort , they sent these people . They claimed they were reliance but they are not. The new $8000.00 system does not work. They could not fix it. Then when customer gets upset for them not showing up on Canada after they said they would , they say we are not responsible for your thermostat problems called reliance. On top when Reliance finally sent a tech , there was no gas and AC was not installed properly. Basically dont use them find someone better

The team at Maher completed a challenging job for me with professionalism and skill. The job required relocation of my current mechanical room including new duct work, furnace and hot water heater. The team came in and made all the measurements and went through the entire process with me. They then provided their own insights into furnace selection and job execution based on their experience. I was extremely pleased with the way they executed the entire job and made a very aesthetically pleasing mechanical room for us. Would definitely recommend anybody to reach out and use their services.

My furnace broke down on Sunday. I called Maher Heating & Cooling. They responded very quickly. Technician name was Ahmad. He fixed my furnace in affordable price. I am very happy with the service. highly recommended to friends and family.

They say they value client, family and are always on top and strive to provide best customer service, that is false and misleading.No heat for more than 48 hours this week !!!!!Maher, this is totally not right. I contacted you guys for a job less than 2 months ago mid-December to diagnose, fix the heating issue. I was charged $ 350 for gas valve replacement including 1 year labor warranty.The guy you sent on 7th February did wrong diagnosis of control board replacement and was contacting wrong supplier for parts availability as he took the furnace to be Armstrong brand until 8th February I brought to his attention that it was Trane (Ameristar Heating & Cooling Systems Furnace). I contacted dealer on 8th February afternoon and the issue was fixed in 2 hours and it was the same gas valve replacement.I tried contacting you on 7th and 8th February, you just routing to the guy you sent and saying contact him for this matter was not right, you should own the issue if it was same problem happened in less than 2 months.Honesty, transparency, integrity and good value professional services was not there !!

My Furnace has been blowing cool air for a few days and was very tough last night due to extreme cold. I called Maher in the morning and by noon a technician (Shafiq) came to repair my furnace, made a thorough diagnostic, provide helpful advice and was so kind and friendly. He also detected that my humidifier was not working and fixed it at the same time. Fortunately, he had spare parts readily available and the job was done to my full satisfaction at a reasonable fee.I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy and reliable licensed technician.

Maher installed our new AC and furnace this summer. They were quick to respond when our AC broke and gave us options. Their quote was great, as was their communication. They were able to order everything quickly even during covid delays and set up an install shortly thereafter. As my old furnace was very old, they had to run a new venting pipe through my finished basement. They were able to do this through our joists (and not destroy our ceiling) while other companies said they would run it below the ceiling and we would have to call a contractor to create a drywall bulkhead. After the instal when I hd a small issue, they were quick to respond and send a technician who resolved the matter within minutes. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend the company!
