West Hill Animal Clinic
The best vet clinic we have worked with. We initially switched over from another clinic and they changed our experiences on how we felt about these clinics. It’s really hard to come across clinics that put the interest of your best friend before finances but this clinic is just that. They put your pet first. I’ve referred many people to this clinic who live far away and they love this place just as much!

Friendly staff who seem to care about animals genuinely. Its a bit pricey but they did an amazing job with our male bengal kitten's procedure for neutering. Just wish they had better technology without removing his actual testicles. Did not feel good about that part however, procedure went very well. He healed without a cone within a few days.The nurses and the doc handles him very well.

We lost out fur baby Bear (cat) and the staff were so nice so respectful. They felt our pain and I felt very much at home. They accomodated us very well.

Dr. Farhang R Hessami was very kind & had patience to explain my pain caused. A few hours after taking medicine, my pain was removed.

I have two munchkin cats that see Dr. Hu, and she is just fabulous with them. She’s a fantastic veterinarian who takes the time to listen, spend time with you and your pets and is willing to do more research should she not have an answer. She’s also a wonderful person. The supporting staff are also lovely and always happy to help. Office is always clean and hours are good.

I love west hill, they are very professional, they have been thing care of my cat Toby for 2 years on paper and 17 years on computer, I never have a problem, I get calls to remind me of everything that my cat needs, I truly can't ask or demand for anything more, great clinic from my personal experience .

Just started taking my dog to this vet this year. They have been amazing! Truly caring staff, willing to listen to my concerns that were previously dismissed by his other vets. Scheduling and communication have been excellent. And my dog will finally be getting the surgery he needs.

This is the best animal clinic I’ve ever been, they have done my senior cat spay operation with perfection. And yesterday, I brought my naughty dog there for ear infection treatment, they took their time to listen to my concerns and treated my dog with patience and love. He has been a tough dog to deal with, but they cured him with love!I would definitely go again and strongly recommended everyone to give them a try!

So happy I made the switch to this clinic for my dog, Charlie.Front Staff and Technicians are very polite in person and over the phone.Dr. Hu is primarily caring for our dog, and I am happy with the quality of care and treatment options that she's provided for us.Highly recommend this clinic for new and current pet owners.
