My Surface was having some issues when it rebooted itself and encrypted all my data. I couldn’t use my computer for weeks until I found out about Primary Support Inc. I couldn’t understand what had happened to my computer and was very frustrated at this point but Ben from Primary Support took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and the process his team would go through to make my computer functional again. The team at Primary Support Inc. has gone out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with my service and re-formatted my computer and disabled the encryption. They do a good job of being transparent and explaining their process to people who are not familiar in their field. I highly recommend their services.

I want to extend my sincerest thanks to Ben and his team for fixing my laptop! My laptop had crashed and the hard drive was dead. Technical problems like this can cause a lot of anxiety, especially if you are a student. My laptop is very important to me, and as is my budget, lol. Ben was very accommodating in this area as he went above and beyond by providing quick and effective solutions to my issue, within my budget. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone who is in need of technical support. Thank you so much!!!!

I had a Toshiba 4TB Hard Drive conk out on me and I took it to Ben. After paying the intake fee of $197, I was assured I would be kept informed of every step taken with my hard drive, as I informed Ben that I am a self-employed content creator and don't have tons of money to throw at this project. The data, however, was very valuable to me as it was my work hard drive. After leaving, I did not hear from Ben for a week as he was away. No other technician followed up to inform me of any progress, or lack there of, with recovering my data. I had to initiate contact upon his return, and was informed there was good news. This made me excited until I was told the next day that I would have to pay an additional $900 for my data. After playing some phone tag and trying to sort out a pickup time to fit into both our busy weekends, I arrived at the office (which was a 40mins drive away) to discover only 50GB of my over 2TBs of data had been recovered. I had to discover this myself since no one had checked the data before I arrived to make sure it was available, but instead, most of the folders that had been recovered were empty or had corrupted files. Further testing rendered no result, at which point I had the choice to take my drive back or pay upwards of $2k to see if they could have my drive disassembled in a laboratory and recover the data that way. When I decided not to pursue that very expensive option, I went to pick up my hard drive and was met by 2 of his technicians that gave me the wrong cable with my hard drive and couldn't find a USB-C to USB converter so I could pick up my data. After finally sorting out how I could transfer my data, I began a transfer that would take over an hour, which was a time frame I was not prepared for. I dove deeper into the data to discover that all of the data recovered was Adobe Media Cache Files, which are useless. I took what made sense from the drive, which was less than 1GB of useful data, finally got my proper cable after a 3rd technician arrived, and left with no followup and no extra charges other than the initial intake. Was definitely a series of unfortunate events and severe communications breakdown.

I had an issue with my laptop where, in the midst of working, the laptop died. It would not charge when plugged in. I contacted PSS and spoke with Ben who offered to look at the laptop to see what the problem could be. I brought the laptop in at noon; one of his staff worked on the laptop and determined it was not the battery but another issue. It was fixed by 1:30. AMAZING service and a pleasure to work with. I recommend PSS to anyone looking for IT support

I can go on and on for hours about how much my business has changed for the better thanks to PSS. Fast service and correct solutions for any issue I’ve had since the beginning, and couldn’t imagine not having PSS around. In fact, I don’t. For years I had a problem with my computer's power button in that it was not working properly. I hesitated to take it anywhere for fears that once shut down, it would never restart. Finally I bit the bullet. I found Primary Support System through a Google search and after corresponding with Ben for a while, decided that either I took it in or the computer would not restart one day. One day after I took it in, I got it back, all clean with a restored power button. I didn't just pick it up though, Ben and his team explained everything they did, offered me further options to improve my computer and even carried it out to my car. These guys are the best so if you are looking to improve or fix your machine, contact PSS.
