I contacted this company over Christmas to have some trees wrapped in lights. They were so professional and they did an outstanding job. However, then for some reason my lights were going out and tripping the GFI. Well, they went above and beyond to decipher what the issue was and how to resolve it. I was so impressed with how they communicated and how they made sure the job was completed properly. I really can't say enough good things about their work ethic and their integrity...never once complaining abut having to redo the back lights just to be sure it wouldn't happen. Thank you for a job well done!! I would not hesitate to call them out for any other jobs they offer as their true colors came shining through as to how they treat their customers.

Excellent servicing for our irrigation system today. The tech, Umberto, was outstanding - friendly, professional, punctual, had good solutions for our needs, flexible and communicated every step of the way. He did not try to 'upsell' any additional services that were not required. Highly recommended, WVI originally did our design and installation and we have been very happy with them since.

The people that come to repair or maintain my system are always courteous, punctual and professional. I have always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable time, in fact I think they go out of their way. Value I don't know, as I haven't compared it with others, since I'm very happy with their services.

Prices keep going up while service is going down. You cannot find out what time they are coming or what you’ll be charged. Brutal.

I have been very happy with the service I have had from West Van Irrigation. The technicians are always on time or early and very helpful. They know their products and systems well. I wish they had set up my system. I would have avoided many issues with watering. I highly recommend them.

After getting five different quotes to have an irrigation system install I decided to go with West Van Irrigation. The main reason was, they had the most detail lay out with a diagram of the zones and were most willing to work with me to make sure I was happy with what was decided. They also assured me that the same crew would be onsite each day. Umberto and his crew were friendly, courteous and hard working. I was also looking for a company to work with for future servicing and the maintaining of my system. Once the system was completed I met with Adam and his crew to do a final walk through and a few minor adjustments. I would and will definitely use them again.

John arrived promptly. He was pleasant and explained what he would be doing. He was patient and was not in a great hurry as some technicians seem to be. John answered my questions and even gave suggestions for future consideration. I was very pleased with his work.
