Sales person was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. The hot tub sale, model availability, features and 0% financing became the deciding factor for our purchase here.

Purchased new house that had used this company for years so we went with them. It's been a nightmare since the improperly opened our pool and never pulled up our pool history. It's as if they have no record keeping of the pools they service. Takes over 3 days and multiple calls to get intouch with anyone. Anf then again get put off. If you are thinking about using them go else where as there customer service is horrible.

Pettis built our pool last summer during quarantine. They helped us make the best of a bad situation. The owner even gave us an amazing deal on a hot tub to help compensate us even though the construction delays were not their fault at all.We were thrilled with all of the contractors Pettis sent to our home and today we have a beautiful inground pool because of their hard work. Kelli at Pettis is by far one of the best customer service reps that we’ve dealt with on any project. She has helped us with a few minor issues, customer service has been outstanding. Several of our family friends have built pools with competitors and after listening to some of their stories we’re happy we chose Pettis!

I would highly recommend Pettis for their product ( above ground pool) and service. We were especially happy and impressed with the installer- Paul Hanselman- who installed our pool with efficiency and expertise- he removed our old pool and installed our new pool within 2 days and was the hardest worker we have ever seen!! We love our new pool!!

Jim O was very professional, no pressure. We bought the Vita Joli tub and we love it. Installation was timely and easy. My wife doesn’t know why we waited so long. This is my first time using Pettis and I’ll be sure to return. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to browse the very impressive showroom at Pettis Pools with Cathy. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, and able to answer all our questions. We finally chose a beautiful umbrella table. Cathy and her asst. helped load it into our car, making the whole experience so easy and stress free. We will be returning to see them when we look for all things patio!

Had Petis Pool install an inground pool & hot tub,After installation complete , hard to get them to answer phone or investigate a product that was sold with our hot tub. After 4 years , the hot tub cover disintegrated & imploded into our hot tub , products they sell are cheap & just bad service. Unhappy !

My wife and I had been looking for a hot tub for over 3 months. Was told abut Softtub ,called and from the 1st call and email to the last ,they have been great. Customer service is key to a great company and I am telling you. They have the BEST!!.They want to make you happy with every single aspect of the company.
