Been going for years never miss it it has the best barbecue ever ribs pulled pork brisket chicken it's got it all not to mention colossal onions has the best blooming onion ever and there's usually really good bands playing and the dance floor setup lots of seating a little painful for the parking though lots of people want to come there's also beer wine and coolers for those that want to indulge

Deliciousness abounded. Lots of food options in addition to pork ribs: beef ribs, chicken, brisket, and cornbread. The Esquimalt High Alumni offer langos, and a lovely family operates a shaved ice cart.

I loved the fest, had too many options of BBQ vendors to choose from. All the food was delicious. A lot of crowd at the grounds.

The ribs are so tasty, they usually have 5-6 vendors, they all taste a little different from each other. They have live music, drink stools and some mexican food truck. Love the deep fried onion, taste so god with the ribs and brisket burger. Wish they have fries

Good volunteers, good causes, lousy food from Grizzly. Pulled pork overdone, beef ribs way overdone, pork ribs overdone, chicken good. Quantity for $$$ paid - pathetic. And this was at 1:30 pm on day one. Stupid me tipped too soon and too much. Our first visit was disappointing.

What a great way to spend an afternoon!Great crowds, amazing BBQ and plenty of other fun stuff!We tried the Gator BBQ and House of Q ribs... gotta give the win to House of Q!Some great beers as well and some rather unique food offerings alongside the BBQ.We will be back next year!
