Baseboards got painted without primer, paint flaked. When the apartment went empty for a month, Kyle came and looked, agreed it was a problem, and then gave me the run around for over 3 weeks. When the next tenant moved in, I stopped calling and haven't subsequently heard from him in over a month.

Be very careful when dealing with this company because they will make promises for work and try not to deliver. It seems this company has no employees and hires personnel only as required. The men hired arrived on site without proper equipment, necessary tools or any experience for the work required. They demanded more money than agreed to and once paid, left a sub-contractor unpaid. Very dishonest and shouldn't be trusted.
