Very hard working employee, they are trying their best to accommodate and expedite the recycling process. I respect their efforts to make a clean environment. Thank you.

This Sarcan is much better than at Moose Jaw which always seem busy and a long wait this one today was the longest I have wait which was about 5 minutes

There wasnt any people lined up, so I went to the counter to dump my stuff and them the lady is trying to tell me something but I cant understand her English, then this man again comes and yells at me to move and then pointed where I should stand, I hadn't even finished empting my bags, the lady that were counting my stuff had no clue what she was doing!!!! I'm absolutely positive she miscounted! When I ask the man at the till if the prices had changed he was very rude in a way were he was spoke to me and my mother was very disrespectful! I asked him when he cashed me out if the return price's had changed, because I have taken the same thing in everytime and I got the same return amount!!! so I told him she had miscounted!! There was no way she can recount again!!! He got very upset and was yelling at me from across the store!!! He yelled at me instead of asking me me to go to the side and talk about it, I don't recommend this location.A short version. We will not be going back there.

The staff are amazing, friendly, and always do a great job counting my bottles. The location always appears clean and does not smell. There’s a real team work feeling at this location and I drive from the east end to bring my bottles to this location.

This was my first time at Sarcan recycling center and it was seamless. Tip: To make it faster for you and them, remove the bottle caps before coming.

Honestly, The courtesy clerk was being rude and staffs need to learn mathematics to count the bottles.They are counting incorrectly. I don't know whether they are doing purposely.One star is above and beyond for their poor service. I mean those staffs

Awful experience. I was helping a friend with cleanup and went to return empties, all pre-counted. This depot was suspiciously poor at counting and was brazenly short-changed for over $10. That is a lot considering most were in easily identifiable cases. I think this location should be investigated immediately as per my experience and other posts. Some people rely on this income and I worry that people are being taken advantage of. The floor manager was no help either and dismissed our concerns even though the cases were right next to them. I had a knot in my gut for the rest of the day. Awful!

Excellent customer service. The person who processed my bottles - six large bags of them by the way - did it quickly and efficiently. I went on a Monday morning a few minutes after 9:00 and only had to wait about 10 minutes to get in. I was out by about 9:25. There were only three people ahead of me. This seems like a good time to go before the rush and lines start.

The lobby area is quite small and depending on how many people are there and how many bottles they have you could be waiting a while, but that's to be expected at any depot. It's easy to park close to the door which is a bonus. My biggest issue with this particular depot is that basic customer service is not existent here. Nobody greets you or ever looks you in the eye. None of the staff said hello or thank you or even acknowledged anyone there to drop off recycling (there was about 7 people ahead of me. I missed a lid on one milk container and the person processing my recycling simply sighed, stopped, held her arm out with the container in her hand and just stood there looking down at the floor. Only after I removed the lid did she continue going through the bottles. I have no issue removing a lid if I missed it but a simple can you please remove this" would be great. Even the cashier just dumps money in your hand without acknowledging you. It didn't help that her hands were covered in sticky liquid that was smeared all over the money she gave me. I'll be going elsewhere in the future for sure."
