Stitch It Clothing Alterations

I bought a brand-new jacket on a black Friday sale and the snap broke the next day. The representative at Stitch It spent 20 minutes working to fix it and wouldn't let me (or the store who offered) pay for the fix. Great friendly service.

The team at Stictch it in Mayfair mail are incredible. I had a wedding in the afternoon put my dress on the bed and before I knew it my 6month old Aussie pup ate across the button loop. The fabric being quite delicate and the loop carefully placed to hold the dress just so… I wasn’t sure it could be fixed, certainly not by me.I was welcomed as soon as the store opened up. And While difficult, and requiring some careful consideration she assured me it could be done.The price was great, and a rush fee was added so I could make the 2 pm wedding. The rush fee was under what I would call reasonable.Dress was done by 12 repair was perfect you’d never know.I will use them for everything.

I did all my wedding fittings at this place and they were so helpful, especially a lady name Joanne who works there. She was so friendly and helpful. I can tell she is a really hard worker. I HIGHLY recommend going to this place for their services cause of her. Great job Joanne, keep providing great customer service :)

Very bad service, the woman who take the measures for my pants kept the rest of my fabric ( it was very long pants ) and very nice quality fabric . She pretended she gave it to me and it was just lies. I told her it s better to find it because I know you keep it to do other things. Very very disappointed by this people. They are not honest at all. How can people like that can watch themselves in the mirror after lying like that? The worst place ! Hypocrite and just thief. Very bad! They should be out !

Fastest, easiest alterations around. When all other tailors were booked they fit me in same-day! Chiffon bridesmaid dress hemmed nicely, very pleased.

Very poor attention to detail. If you care about your clothing, do not go here.I took in a brand new pair of pants to be hemmed. I was impressed with the speed of service as I got them back the next day, however, the speed was no surprise upon inspection as the job was clearly rushed. Lines aren't straight, lines gone over multiple times on one leg and don't even attach on the other, tons of loose thread. What frustrates me most is they were quite dirty when I got them back, some stains which I can't get out. I imagine it will come out in the wash, but it's quite frustrating to need to wash a brand new pair of pants before I even had the chance to wear them. Based on this job, it seems they do not care very much about quality. Very disappointed.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Went in yesterday to get my dress altered and was in a huge time crunch. They got it done for me in 1 day even though they were very busy. The dress turned out perfect as well. Their work is excellent, Will be using them for all future alterations! Fantastic company and workers.

Received a tuxedo and needed alterations to make it fit. The people at Stitch It were very helpful and had a quick turnaround (less than a week for some major alterations!) The price was also very reasonable compared to other tailors in Victoria. Highly recommend!
