I own a hot tub company and frequently have people ask me to recommend an electrician. My experience over the years has been that most reasonably priced electricians out there are sketchy and I wouldn't want them associated with my company. But I feel fortunate to have come across Patrick (owner of Absolute Power). I can recommend him with full confidence, and I've used his services myself. Great guy, reasonable pricing and totally trustworthy.

We had a whole house back up generator installed in February 2019 by Absolute Power.Patrick and his team did an amazing job. They showed up on time and finished on time. The installation was very sleek and they cleaned up everything after they were done.I found Patrick very easy to reach and he went out of his way to make sure I registered for the extended warranty which was offered free of charge at the time by Generac.I highly recommend Absolute Power if you need a back up generator.

Had an in home assessment booked today for a generator . Nobody showed, no call to cancel or reschedule. I even took the morning off work to be here. I can’t get a hold of anyone at their office... extremely unprofessional, will not recommend this company!

I have a 10KW generator to protect the freezers, lights and most importantly sump pumps in our house.. It has worked flawlessly for the periodic outage of the last three years. Until the Sept 2015 left us with no power for over 48 hours and ample rain. At 6pm, the power went out and the generator tried to start but failed. I tried to start in manually, but still it failed!!!Without power our basement is taking on water within 12 hours. At 7pm on a Saturday night I called Patrick. He was quite certain that he could not be at my home until Monday but would see what he could do". I ran to Home Depot to buy a gas generator. 1 hour later while unpacking my gas generator

Not much knowledge and I talked to the person on the phone made an appointment person got lost never showed up never made I recall or apology for a second appointment

It is often challenging to find reliable vendors, I regularly start with Google as a resource and then rely on the feedback from others to help make decisions.Google is how I found the folks at Absolute Power. After reading a few reviews I called them to see if they could help me with a Generac generator, the unit indicator lights were both red and yellow, noting that service was required.Jessica in the service dept was very helpful in providing some preliminary information as well coordinating a service call as soon as possible.A friendly service tech (Coleton) arrived at the door a few days later, he inspected the unit, performed a complete service and, double checked that everything was fully operational from the panel to the machine.Upon completion he explained what he did, gave me a quick 101 on owning a house with a generator and was soon on his way.I appreciate that companies like Absolute have staff that understand the value of honest customer service and how a little assistance and kindest can mean so much.I look forward to see them for our annual maintenance next year and the years to follow, along with knowing that if I do run into a problem the team at Absolute Power will be part of the solution.

Knowledgeable staff about Generac and other brands of standby generators, great pricing for the value of product and also for the extended service you get with Absolute Power, you really can’t beat their service! 5 stars for sure! The people from Absolute power showed up on time for my initial estimate, were very informative and helped me make the decision on my home requirements, the electrical crew were again on time, did the placement and initial installation for electrical and were done in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. The gas connector was also done quickly and cleanly as well as providing an extensive overview of the workings and maintenance which was much appreciated. Overall a great experience!

Am so grateful that Aaron would return at the end of the day & install a generator part so that I could leave town. Great service.! Thanks Aaron!
