KLE provided me with an extremely personalized experience buying for the first time over the phone. Raymond was superbly helpful and polite, and made sure my order was well in hand. My product was backordered and he set my expectations for when I could expect delivery (which was spot on). Additionally, there was a small shipping hiccup with the carrier, and he stayed in touch with me through the process and make sure the package arrived safe and sound.I highly recommend them.
