Holland Imports

I called to buy some products in bulk, I am not sure who the person was over the phone and she didn't transfer the call to sales rep?! She told me constantly that I have to be a customer to buy product. I am a new customer then how can I buy your product? Your website is not working. I would give 0 star but there is no option.

Great company! In my 3 years with Holland Imports I have seen a lot of changes to improve products and processes which will help our customers.

I called in to the Burnaby headquarter on Thursday - Aug 6 2020 2:50 PM - to ask a few questions regarding the upcoming relocation of the company to Surrey. Unfortunately, the level of customer service was absolutely unacceptable by any professional standard.The only thing the female staff who answered the call told me was “I have nothing to tell you, all the information are on the website” while giving off a cold chuckle on the phone. She repeated this a few more times when I asked her other questions as well. Well, I call in because that information was not available on the website. It’s okay to not know the answer or tell customers that you are not authorized to respond. But if the conversation is going to be like this, I rather no one picked up the phone at all.For the sake of your company and branding, this has to improve. Not only was this incident a lack of customer service, but it is offending to those who show genuine interest in your products and organization.

I phoned them to ask for help on a product they sell saying it was deficient, as in missing parts. They said they had nothing to do with it as they only export.As for being a family business as they state on their website. This is a lie. They refuse to help saying only to take the product back to the store.Too bad they sell rotten stuff as you end up being hurt by it not them.They could care less.I give it one star because you can't give zero stars.

We purchased a Holland Imports' sprayer from our local urban roots, unfortunately, we found out at home it was missing crucial parts and it renders the whole sprayer completely useless. I emailed Holland Imports hoping they can sell me just the parts I needed, but instead they mailed me a whole brand new functional sprayer!! Free of charge!! Thank you so much again. You guys are amazing. Amazing customer service.

Fantastic Company. I've worked here for a little over 2 years and the family feel is exactly what I was hoping for. It is run by true professionals and I look forward to a long, fantastic career here!
