Carter had the best Customer service not only did he go above and beyond to make sure my unit was working he also cleaned it and hosed it down and waited to make sure I was completely satisfied he checked everything as someone with respiratory problems it was very important to get my Ac working and Carter sure took the time to compete his work in so satisfied thank you again Carter you made my day

I'll start by saying this place is very unorganized and unprofessional. Save your money and go with a bigger company if your considering Limcan... please readBait and switch without accountability and multiple after installation issues.I received 3 quotes from competitors reliance, enercare and limcan. I wanted to chose a smaller company with professional team so from reviews I choose limcan. Their price was 799 more than competitors but I chose because the sales rep Shane McCoulgan was offering a comparable unit to what I had installed (70000btu) the other companies told me my unit was too big and I'd have to change to a 45000btu unit. I didn't understand this but Shane said to replace with the same size I had so I obliged. He offered upgraded 5 filter housing

Ryan Kowalik came over to talk about installing a Heat Pump system. Ryan was knowledgeable and friendly. A really excellent representative for Limcan. We are are pleased to work with their people.The next day the excellent install team was there, Marcus, Jamieson, Aldo, Eric, and Mitchell, along with Stephen Langmaid to oversee. It was a complicated installation, and this crew took it on with such a can do" attitude.
