I like this place so much. As a newcomer, this place turned into an ideal place for us. After visiting all other places we identified that Sleep Country offers the best solution for the mattress (one of the most vital phenomena to start a new life). It always has some hot sale matresses that can meet ones need. They even have reliable after sales service which is a must issue to be considered before making a purchase decision. Having used for 5 consecutive months, our king sized firm mattress got torn through one of its edges due to movement purpose. Consequently, as per the warranty clauses Sleep Country exchanged our torn mattress with a brand new one of the same product. We are really overwhelmed with their services.

I give this a NO STAR review. My husband and I went in to the Stonebridge location in Saskatoon to purchase a new mattress and we were informed the sale price would be even more discounted as the owner was in town and they were doing an inventory clear out. When we showed interest we asked for the offered discount and we felt it was reasonable. We asked for them to write the quote down and we would consider it and the saleswoman informed us she could not do that. We left without the purchase as the woman was adamant it was a one time offer and she refused to write down her offered price she said came right from the owner.We then went to the other Sleep Country on Circle Drive and as we walked in the salesman, who I assumed WAS the owner there, was questioning us harshly about our names and our purpose there as I realized the other store had already called this store and informed them about the quote we were given.The whole experience was frustrating. In the end we bought a mattress from another distributer however, I never want to experience this situation again.The sales woman was knowlegable of the products but the treatment we received was unprofessional and they made us feel like WE were out of line for asking for the price to be written down. Cannot be trusted.

We had a wonderful experience at Sleep Country. Garrett was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. And we found prices more reasonable then furniture stores.It was more relaxed and a nice change after being followed around all afternoon by pushy sales people at other stores.Would highly recommend Sleep Country Stonebridge.

Great experience! Trent went the extra mile to get us a bed at the price point we wanted to spend. We are very happy with our Kingsdown and it provides a really supportive, comfortable sleep. The delivery service was fantastic as well. They came in (wearing covers over their shoes, I might add) set it all up and we’re out in 15 minutes. I highly recommend!

I didn't know there was such a process to buying a mattress but I'm sure glad I had sales associate Ryan Z there to help me every step of the way.We quickly narrowed down the type of mattress I liked and the type of sleeper I was.Fortunate for me I went at a quiet time and the store was mine to roam and Ryan had full focus on me.At no point was I pressured to make a decision and nor was I swayed in the wrong direction. He showed attention to detail and picked up on my indecisive tendencies so he kept me to two mattresses because he knew I would be overwhelmed with multiple options. I appreciated this and this in turn made the whole experience enjoyable.Few months later, I'm still loving the mattress and still reflect on the positive interaction I had that day with Ryan Z. Thank you

Be aware there are no returns! I was told 90 days when we purchased a mattress and bed frame. Apparently accessories are ALL final sale. They are complete frauds. STAY AWAY.

Purchased a mattress in October this is the third time I purchased a mattress. This mattress was very expensive, but was defective after two months of back-and-forth sending photos, doing measurements, there was no help to replace or credit this mattress. I am stuck with a $2500 mattress that is defective, their policy on customer service is clearly what they determine appropriate. Satisfaction or replacement does not exist. This company will never receive another penny from meBuyer beware

Not a good experience I have for this location. I was looking for a twin mattress and the sales girl I contacted was unable to provide me option as per my budget and she suggested me to go on KIJIJI to buy a cheap mattress. She didn't appear pleasant in the first place to help me and rudely suggested to find a used mattress instead of buying from the store. Not going to this place in future since the employees are not being well trained or motivated to do their jobs.

I went to two different sleepcountry stores and both have terrible salesmen. They were pressuring you to buy from the store and if they got the hint that you weren’t buying anything, they’d be rude. The staff were honestly quite fake and pushy. I ended up getting my mattresses and bed boxes from Amazon at an amazing price and quality. Don’t come unless you know you’re buying, not a good place to look around.

I visited the store earlier today wanting to buy a mattress I would be able to take home today. Went up to the counter and asked if they had mattresses in store or if they had to be ordered in. I was told they did have some in stock. She takes me over and shows me a couple mattresses. I don’t know if she thought I didn’t have money to spend or what exactly was going on, but she became arrogant and talked to me as though I was stupid. I kind of just blew it off and said I wanted to just take a quick picture of the mattress details so I could show my husband. I do this and then all of the sudden she turns around and says no, you need to leave and come back when your ready! Confused, I go to say no I want to buy a mattress today. She cuts me off mid sentence and says no you need to leave and come back when your ready and starts saying something about them not having a big in stock inventory. I paused completely dumbfounded on what was going on and then just walked out. I’m still dumbfounded was I just kicked out of a mattress store? I did however go over to Ashley’s and had great service and am pleased to say I have a mattress that I was able to bring home tonight!
