Griffins Lakeside Cottages
I have been coming here with the same friends for 35+ years. The lodge is well maintained and the cabins clean and comfortable.The lake is loaded with Bass, small and large mouth, pike and perch. The guides know the lake and are a big help as they do all the work letting you fishing. A day on the lake with a guide results in a life long memory that you will share with friends and familyThe lodge and staff, Bob and Andy, are making sure you pleased with your tripThe breakfasts and dinners are always excellent. Leave room for desert as its all home made.Griffins is a hidden Gem!!!!!!

My family and I have stayed here, eaten here, been friends with the owners, launched boats, bought fishing licenses, and other stuff forever. I remember coming here when I was in elementary school. Obviously, I'm not anymore!The cabins are clean and neat. I've stayed in them with my family when our family property (2 kilometers or so away) was full with guests. Breakfasts are huge and really, really good. I've never had lunch or dinner here but I've been in the lodge while they were prepping food and it looks incredible.The guides are skilled and fun and funny. Shore lunches are amazing.Plus, the area is incredibly beautiful and the fishing is great.

Shared 11 summer vacations there so far and look forward to many more. Great service from Bob and Andy and the lodging is always fine. Fishing is usually good and the lake is always beautiful.

My parents went to Griffins for 40 years...once in May and once in Sept. I have been going for the past 15 years. I just introduced my daughter & grandson to Griffins & they love it!!!

The food was absolutely incredible. Cottages are extremely well kept. Considering it was so warm and sunny we actually did decent catching fish

My dad John Kreimeyer has been going here for over 40 + yrs. He use to go with a group of 5 to 6 guys, my dad be in the oldest. He is now the last one and is 93 yrs old and goes with his oldest great grandson Colin who's 21yrs old and my nices husband Kevin. Hasn't missed one year. The people here go out of there way to help you in anyway they can. The fishing guides are the best. Shore dinner the best.Just ask my dad he gives this place a big 5 stars. Thank you for the great care you give dad when he comes now. It's hard for him with out my Uncle Bob. But you all make him feel like family. The cabins are clean & comfortable. The food at the main house was better than what you would get at any fine restaurant. Bob & Andy are just great and treat you like family. I can not wait to return next year.

My Dad, George Breur, started going to Griffins in the 1950's. We went often as a family, then my Dad with friends and finally grandson, over several decades. Wonderful place. Great fishing. Friendly folks. Family run.
