Classic Fireplace and BBQ Store

Great company! My stairs are very narrow and very difficult to get the BBQ up them. So Sean and Matt were able to take it apart and reassembled it again for me. Very happy with the service.The sales rep Bruce was also a great help and was able to find me a great BBQ for a great price.Thanks again!

Great store. The world lack expertise and it's so nice to go to a store where the staffs loves BBQing as much as you do, AND know more than you do.They always have everything I need, down to the smallest item, and all the products are well made so you're not buying something that's going to break down in a couple of years, from bbq tools to of course the BBQ's themselves.Great staff, very friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Glad they made it through the pandemic and are still around.

I was a walk-in and found this store on Google. I must say Cliff (store manager) and the store staff was super nice and welcoming. Cliff spent a good chunk of his time explaining and educating us on what to look for when purchasing a bbq grill. This type of service and passion for their product you won't see at a Home Depot or any big box store. I bought the Rogue 525 SE SIB grill and the delivery staff assembled and took the time to show us around the BBQ. Super helpful and friendly. I would definitely back for all my BBQ and fireplace needs. These guys are awesome - highly recommend them!

I bought a wood fireplace 10 years ago and loved the service and quality products so much I came back when it was time to replace my BBQ. Steve was knowledgeable and friendly. His advice helped me make a better choice than a rudimentary Google search and the delivery + installation team (John and Ben) took their time to walk through the usage and maintenance once they finished setting it up ... and they arrived when they said they would!The products they carry here are of higher quality than what you will find at bog box stores. For instance you can find Napoleon at Home Depot but not the higher quality model these guys carry.End to end a great customer experience. Thanks guys!

Overall amazing experience with Classic Fireplace, both on the purchase of my BBQ and the install of my gas line.I bought my BBQ from Steve in-store; he was super knowledgable and helped me decide on the right model.Shawn and Matt (hope I got those names right) installed my gas line tonight and were ABSOLUTE PROS. Not only did they find a great, discreet routing for my line, they also diagnosed some other issues with my system and pointed out some things to keep an eye on. Seriously, I was beyond impressed with these guys.Classic Fireplace...all of these people are A+ AMAZING and deserve big kudos. I just purchased my second fireplace from Classic. They had to remove my old fireplace. Steve worked for 10 hours straight cutting and sawing. One of the hardest workers that I have ever seen. He did not damage even one piece of grout from the tile work. Excellent service and very polite, clean and efficient. I highly recommend them and this company.Dr. John A. Hardy

We have a Valour fireplace which stopped functioning last year. We did some research online and all the symptoms pointed at a malfunctioning pilot light. This year we hoped to fix the problem and called this company. My wife described on the phone the exact make of the fireplace and the problem etc.The service person came down to check the furnace and confirmed our “diagnosis”, but told us that he would have to check for parts before trying to fix it. He charged us $160 just for that one visit that lasted about 20 mins. The next day he informed us that they did not have parts available for our model.We feel that the company could have been more honest and transparent with us about the parts from the beginning as we were very clear about the issue we experienced and the older model of fireplace we had.

Had a fantastic experience with Classic fireplaces in the Beach. Steve and the owner set us up with a great Valor unit earlier this year. Recently, we had our siding redone and the exhaust was mistakenly removed - with a quick call to Steve, a service call was setup and another Steve came along with a trainee to fix it within a few days. To top off the great service, they even installed a new switch within our cabinet as a backup for our remote.Thanks folks - would highly recommend

Have just had another incredible experience with Classic Fireplace and BBQ . Following on our August purchase of a new Napoleon bbq unit and conversion from propane to natural gas all expertly done by Zach we just had the old gas log set replaced with a new efficient gas insert. Josh advised us on the unit. Many many thanks to Duane and Kyle for their excellent installation and wizard contractor Adam for working his magic on the construction. These guys all walk the walk. Well trained professionals, great communicators, punctual, and unobtrusive. A perfect experience every time. Thanks again.
